You will NOT get your money back - I explained the item I received was not as advertised (read all other reviews) everything you read is TRUE. I was told because the item was not damaged or had any manufacturing defects - no money would be refunded - so if you happen to fall victim to this scam - DAMAGE your item - take pictures. And demand your money be returned. I was offered a 25% discount on a future purchase. REALLY? Absolutely NO way... I have purchased twice from Bestwalk (FIRST AND LAST!) Also. DO not purchase Bestwalk shoes from Amazon or Ebay or any other similar site. You will get the same results. Such a shame to scam decent customers! If a minus (5 stars) review was optional - that would be the one to select! Save your money and buy US or Canadian. Keep your money at home... and purchase from reputable stores that will send you what you ordered - stand by their product and offer you a refund if not satisfied. And finally... READ AND LOOK FOR A REVIEW ON ANYTHING YOU PURCHASE... Once bitten... Twice shy.

Advertised as the best walking sandals. These are hard as a rock, no support, cheap materials, fit cheaply (way too wide for a normal medium foot), and I mean these are like a triple EEE because they do not even attempt to make the material fit nicely to the hard sole. They come from Japan and it costs more than the shoes to ship back. Talk about taking advantage of people! I don't write bad reviews, I don't normally write any reviews. These people made me mad enough as they are taking advantage and taking people's money.

So, I've read a few of the reviews posted here. It's obvious this company is a trap to sell you a grossly inferior product to the one they advertise, and then NEVER allow you to return or get a refund. I finally disputed the charge, after emailing them 3 times. The only response I had was to send photos, which I did, and then have not heard from them again. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY SHOES HERE!

Never recommended to anyone. This company has a very bad custumer service. I am wondering if they are real. I placed an order a month ago and i am still waiting. They don't even have a phone number. I rate it 0 star

I ordered the Bestwalk sandal and it took weeks to get them. Words fail me to describe the cheap materials, shoddy workmanship and non-existent customer service associated with Bestwalk. The sandals I received were shipped in a cheap plastic bag... no invoice or statement was enclosed. The sandals were at LEAST 2 sizes too big. I cannot emphasize enough the incredibly CHEAP materials used to construct these sandals. If there is 1 or 2 dollars worth of material in this product, I would be shocked! The mailing label on the plastic bag showed a return address in China! I have been unable to locate an email address, phone number or United States contact address for Bestwalk. I have since read reviews detailing nightmare after nightmare in dealing with Bestwalk. This company is beyond BAD, they are perpetrating the biggest hoax and ripoff against the American public that I have EVER witnessed. If anyone has an email address or ANY contact information for these people, I would love to have it, although from what I have read online it would probably be a total waste of time to try and deal with these unscrupulous degenerates!

I've been trying to get in touch with this company since July to return there product with no success. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. There response was I hadn't sent the shoes back. I emailed and called the customer service number list and lest a message on 09/17/19 still with no response. Does anyone know the return address for this company?

I need an address for BestWalk as I need to return an order that I did not authorize. The sandals i received are awful. Poor workmanship, cheap material. No receipt in package. Worst shoes ever. Not as advertised.

I am again Warning people NOT to buy any Bestwalk shoes or products related to this Chinese business. I returned these cheap plastic sandals that were already damaged back in early June and they have not yet returned my money. The reasons given were "it was shipped back to the wrong address" even though the sender's address was clearly marked on the packages. Secondly they would not give me an actual address for return. I have given them the tracking numbers and all the information they needed at their request but still no results. They should be reported to a consumer advocate. If anyone knows of such an entity please report them. Thank you
