I made 2 deposits and it shows as pending and no one responds in chat. I can't withdraw the money either. I was told they would find a solution in 24 hours but nothing happens

Incompetent customer service I spoke with seven different agents all of them on different pages. They make you wait 24 hours to respond via email and the chat system. I think they have everybody beginning they're all beginners.

Stay as far away from this site as possible. They will easily take your money but when its time to pay out its a never ending saga. I have been asked to send in verification paperwork which I have, apparently there is some sort of "glitch" that wont allow them to verify me. They have no timeframe on a fix for it.
Then It would not let me bet I time, kept lagging, I needed to be verified then when I did it would ask in a loop. Ask for a withdrawal not funds my account and the BET99 account and they won't withdraw. I want the funds back and the keep refer to a bogus "policy".

Customer service it horrible compared to the competitors and other apps refund if not satisfied and you have t spent the funds in 2024 this is wild.

They will spend more time in damage control and money then simply honouring my withdrawal. Also still don't have my funds back

If you get an offer from Bet99 for a bonus offer, do NOT take it because they cannot support their own platform, hence making support useless. They take your money but you have to go on chat to plead your case for the bonus that THEY offered YOU. They are a huge company that just takes your money and runs with it. I have proof as well that their platform will say that an event has ended but it is not. I also made a video to explain all that happenned. DO NOT USE BET99, shame GSP, SHAME! If they DO accept to refund you BEWARE because you haven't received your money yet! See my screenshots, support doesn't do anything! They say they will compensate when you REALLY make a HUGE stink, BUT they send the ''fake paiement'' to the wrong place then you must contact another team (see screenshot). It is all a ruse. Very sad!

Tip for consumers:
Use Betway, never try support with bet99, gready and cannot support their own stufff!!!

First off. This is legit the first review I ever came online to write, but since bet 99 decided to scam me out of money, I thought I'd write one to hopefully convince atleast one reader not to go there.

The first thing I noticed (coming from playing bet 365 only) is how incredibly slow and almost impossible it is to navigate the menu. It only gives you 25% of the options B365 gives you. The 2nd thing I noticed, surprise surprise, they didn't give me my match bonus. I messaged them to ask why, and 4 days later I got a message saying "sorry you don't qualify" Um, ok? I actually did qualify because I received it, but only after doing some digging online. You have to go into some settings and choose it. 99% of people wouldn't know to do that, as is evident on a lot of reviews I read. But hey, that's what they're counting on. Their own customer service wouldn't even tell me what to do to get it lol. Anyways, that's just the tip of the iceberg. I made a 80$ bet on a soccer game to have less than 4 goals. I knew the game was 0-0 at half, but I became busy with other things and forgot about the game for about an hour. When I remembered about it, I logged on to bet 99 thinking for sure there would be money in my account, but nope, 0$. How could this be? Was I the victim of a bad beat? I looked at the settled bet section, and their was my bet, marked as a loss, even though it said the score was 1-1. I decided to Google the score and I confirmed it was a 1-1 final. WTF? Now I'd also like to add that I made another bet the same night. It was a player point parley (nhl) 20$ bet. Once I made the bet, the 20$ came out and I went back to the home screen. From there I wasn't able to find the parley bet (ever again) Oh well, I rememberd the 5 players, so if I won, I'm sure they would have payed me. Right? Well, fortunately I didn't win, and I say fortunately, because it only would have made this more painful, knowing I should have won more money. However they still found a way to rip me off, because one of my players was scratched pregame due to injury. So the ticket should have been void and I should have gotten my 20$ back. So I went to the customer support chat with some questions. The guy literally asks 25 questions, and ended the chat because I took a few minutes to answer, because I had to keep going back into the site to get all the info he needed. Regarding the soccer game, he said someone would be in contact with me (no one ever contacted me) and he indeed confirmed that my parley ticket should be void, but said he needed the bet #, which I couldn't give him, because the bet was nowhere to be found. Lol. Sigh. My God what a joke. Just look at their reviews their ratings, their customer service ratings...absolute scam.

Looking for a new sportsbook I stumbled upon Bet99.com They were a Canadian sportsbook and were offering a 100% deposit match bonus up to $500. The bonus had a 5x wagering restriction upon it with a max qualifying stake of $600(now dropped to $500). Having made my deposit at Bet99.com and placed a wager, there was a forced provincial migration to Bet99.ca shortly thereafter. This prompted my account to be frozen for 15 days while I waited for my previously fully verified account to be verified again. After my account was re activated and verifed after being frozen for 15 days, I was able to complete the 5x bonus rollover after wagering close to $2900 dollars. I logged in the day after my last bet expecting to cash out my winnings. Apparently, Bet99.ca had not released my $500 welcome bonus and was claiming my first $500 wager did not qualify towards the bonus rollover. All my wagers had been point spread, and were well within the qualifying guidelines as to what quantified an eligible wager towards the 5x welcome bonus rollover. Bet99.ca refused to release the welcome bonus and claimed I needed to wager another $500. If you are unaware of Bet99.ca policies, withdrawals are not allowed while you have an active bonus. You must delete or complete the bonus. Needing to make a withdrawal, I placed another wager I did not want to, and that wager lost. I made my withdrawal after that, clearly feeling cheated out of my legitimately earned $500 welcome bonus that the dishonorable shysters at Bet99.ca were too cheap to honor.

To make things worse, about a 3 weeks later I received another bonus offer from Bet99.ca for the World Cup. Against my better discretion, I decided to give Bet99.ca a second chance. I made a $100 deposit and received a 100% match bonus with a promise of a $50 live bet insurance on a World Cup soccer match. I decided to throw caution to the wind and wagered on a +650 line and unfortunately lost. That was on December 14th 2022. Expecting to see the $50 bonus credit the next day in my balance, I was Surprised I did not. I again reached out to support and this time they flat out lied to me stating that the bonus had already been credited. It was clear as day my balance had remained unchanged and they were again being deceptive, dishonorable and cheap. Forging ahead, I was able to play through the 5x wager restriction for the bonus rollover. Checking the bonus page I noticed again the first bet had not been credited towards the bonus rollover. I contacted support and again they tried to claim there was a policy that the first wager after a deposit, does not count towards the bonus. Please keep in mind I had read their bonus terms and conditions and there was nothing in the fine print about first wagers not counting towards the bonus rollover. I simply decided to wager another $58 to complete the bonus and cash out, which I did. The $50 live bet insurance bonus they had failed to credit me, would have equated to an extra $180.50 on my withdrawal. Again, money I was dishonorably cheated out of. My $50 live insurance bet credit for the world cup has yet to be issued (December 21st 2022)7 days after the bet was settled. The fact these dishonorable lying cheap shysters have the audacity to place the Canadian Maple Leaf on their website's banner, is an insult to honest and honorable Canadians the globe over. Clearly, winners are not welcome at Bet99.ca and in my opinion you are better off trusting a different sportsbook. One that values their customers and treats them honorably and fairly instead of being deceptive, lying and shysting them out their hard earned money...

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to not receive your cash bonuses and receive lies and deceit when dealing with customer service. Buyers beware...
