Bought an oven unit off these people in January. Never delivered so cancelled order and asked for money back. Refund never made. Took them to court in Leicester, they ignored CCJ. Issued warrant but baliff unable to enforce because firm had upped sticks and transferred to Wokingham. Baliff in Reading visited firm address but discovered it was only a mail handling office. These people are scammers - there are no units or factory. The owner has had several on line firms, closing each one as the authorities home in and then setting up another. The fancy web site is just that - fancy to fool you. DONT GET CAUGHT AVOID

Dishonest, fraudulent and cheater. * and * are the main sellers that insisted to pay online, so I transferred money of £525 online and they said they will deliver the kitchen units around 4pm the next week. But it arrived the next day 9pm, and I paid another £550.
Because it was late and the driver wanted to unload the item and leave, so I could not check the items. The next day I found that halve of the items are not there and those were not complete with the doors and hinges either.
Called *, and emailed them and send texts, even they accepted to deliver the remaining items but, those never arrived and they were lying all the time.
Spoken to Citizen advice bureau and others, but the only option left to file a court proceeding.
Please be aware and do not waste your money and times, they are senseless and fraudulent traders.
I am surprised that how the system let them do that to the innocent customers and they do nothing. I think the authorities know and they are aware of the trades dishonest business but doesn't do anything.
Any advice, would be appreciated for taking legal action as already I have sent an email containing letter of breaching contract. Later will prepare legal proceeding.
