Bidhustle

This penny auction recruits new members using fake news reports (ActionNews25) which give a coupon code for 300 free bids and the website of BidHustle.com. The webpage comes up stating free registration and has a form to enter coupon codes. After I registered, which included entering a credit card, I entered the coupon code and received an email that stated that I had 300 bids available. There was not any notice on the website nor in the email that my account would be charger $150.00 for the "free" bids. I have sent several emails asking for a reversal of the charge and have received no reply. I will dispute the charge if BidHustle.com continues to avoid my request.

Before I signed up with Bidhustle.com I actually printed out and read the terms and conditions twice. I read about no charges anywhere in them. I stupidly signed up put in the code for the "free" 300 bids and after my account activation I did bid on two items to make sure that there were no problems with my membership. I check my bank balance for a completely separate thing and I find that they have charged me $150! WTF?! When I called to have them refund my money the guy "Operator 108" told me that not only would I not get my money back but that if they had any charges I would be charged with those fees as well.

You can imagine how angry I was after hearing that. Well, I did dispute the charge with my bank and my dispute was denied because the bank said that the charge is in the terms and conditions. I would seriously like to know where cause they weren't in the ones that are sitting on my coffee table that I printed at the time I signed up. BidHustle.com is a complete and utter SCAM and Suntrust Bank is a completely useless bank!
