I was an avid shopper at Big 5, but no more! Why? Ten days ago I purchased a Rugar 22 gun. I waited the 10 days. Today was the day to pick up my purchased gun. However, upon arriving & asking for my gun, I am informed no employee can help me. Why? Because the only two who could is as follows: 1. Ernesto is fired and 2. Ryan, the manager is on Paid Time Off. Now Ryan is aware, I, the consumer would be coming on 1/6, to pick up my gun. He didn't call me to notify me, neither did he train another capable employee who could help with giving me my gun. The manager returns from vacation next week. Therefore, I requested an immediate refund & I vowed never to return. This is just the kind of poor service I am unwilling to support!
