“Horrible Business Ethics”

Ordered a sympathy arrangement from this company for $210 and was charged an additional $75. When I called the company to find out why, I was told that their employee had made a mistake when she promised me the FTD price of $210 (their store charges and additional $75 for the same flower arrangement). They refused to refund me my money. So they make a mistake and I have to pay for it? Very bad business practice.
