I am so sorry you were disappointed. We charge a flat rate shipping which covers USPS rates of $3.50 + the cost of our supplies. (Padded envelope & tissue paper) We shipped 5 bracelets in this order. I know as a fellow Paparazzi consultant you understand. I just wanted to explain our shipping fee expenses for you.
