Block Buster Costumes

I ordered a costume for my daughter and kept checking the status and then after a week I emailed the company to ask when it was going to ship. Two days later they email me back to inform me the item was damaged and they are issuing me a refund. They should have notified me as soon as they seen this which according to their shipping policy I should have been notified the next day when the item should have been shipped. Very unprofessional and puts me in a bind to try to find the costume for her in a short time thanks to the unprofessionalism of this company

Ordered from them. Package never arrived but they sure took my money! They chose not to make it right! Stick with Amazon!

I ordered this costume which was too small. I cannot exchange it because of the shipping time. I needed to speak to a representative for details about an exchange/return but could not get a reply by email or message. Live chat unavailable. No on answers the phone and the voice mail box is full and cannot take another message. Will not order from this company again nor will I recommend Blockbuster to any of my friends.

I went through Amazon and brought 4 costumes all together! 3 of them was all in the same order. I only received 1 out of 3 and they argued that no the weight weight is right you must have received all of them. I DIDN'T! YOU CAN STILL MAKE A STICKER AND THEN TAKE THE ITEMS OUT! They supposedly sent the pictures of someone putting the items in a box but either my phone couldn't open them or they didn't send them! Personally I don't care I didn't receive the 2 out of 3 items. The box didnt look tampered with or anything. It did say it weighted 8 pounds and on the other order with 1 item, it weight 2 pounds. I'm just saying they will still your money! Something isn't right with this company and the owner and customer service reps are a disgrace. That's why they only put 1st names when they send you messages.

Ordered a Wonder Woman light up lasso to go with grandchild's Halloween costume. The packaging looked like something that was leftover from a previous Halloween and should have been put on clearance. Obviously it is not a new item because it won't light up. I guess the non replaceable battery is dead. Wasted $10.58 + 3.99 shipping on it. Just ordered one from Target with free in-store pickup. Lesson learned!

I was costuming an opera and needed a variety of small accessories: garter, suspenders, various lengths of gloves, etc. Blockbuster Costumes came through with products that easily met my budget needs and did the visual trick from an audience standpoint. Are they artisanal goods? No. Should you expect that at these prices? No.

The products fit and got the job done. Also, the quick shipping time was a godsend.

I ordered a pirate coat in medium. When I got it the tag said medium but the size said XS. I had to return it. In order to get a 100% refund, you have to excange it. If you only want a refund they knock it down to 80%. I have had to pay shipping 3 times: original order, returning order, and reordering. I won't make that mistake again. Plus, the coat was made cheaply.

Don't order anything from these people they don't answer their phones when there is a issues and they don't correct the problem anyways by email, I ordered stuff for my daughters Birthday and they ruined it won't ever do business with them again

THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS OF THEIR TROUBLE CHEAP COSTUMES THAT LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

Idk what yalls problem be but these people sent mine stuff quick nd was top of the line. People be quick to rate negatively when their stuff be wack but real mofos don't rate when it's good smh

I ordered a witch broom from this service a week ago, as I needed one for my Kiki cosplay in a month. After searching online, I found one on this site that looked perfect, and had the price at 5 dollars, which was great. Usually, I stick to amazon and ebay, but this being a google trusted store, I thought it would be safe to order from.
Fast forward to today, when I finally get my package. It was a complete and utter disappointment.
On the website, I was shown an adult sized, albeit cheap, broom with a bamboo looking handle and a full straw head. The broom I received looks like it is for a child, barely makes it to 30 inches, and is so empty, I can see through the straw. The straw also breaks and comes out of the binding extremely easily. Long story short, the product looks absolutely nothing like the product the site promises they are selling.
Luckily this broom was cheap, because it is a complete piece of junk, and I will not be able to use it with my costume.
I'm severely disappointed in this site, as well as for google for claiming that this site would be trustworthy.
If their 5 dollar items look this cheaply made, I don't even want to know the corners they cut with their other products.

I did receive my item pretty fast, but it is totally not what I expected! From all of the good reviews and stuff I really thought I was getting a Hoodie that would be comfy and well made! It is soooooo not comfy or well made! It sucks!
