Bluecare Express

Bluecare said they tried to deliver to my house twice, it's not at my house, it is at the post office a parcel locker. Driver said he had no access to front door, what a load of BS. The post office has two front doors. Either too dumb or just lazy!

This has got to be the most stupid, illogical and just plain absolutely dumb situation I have ever heard of. Even Amazon rings My Bell to let me know a delivery has arrived! This is why you have two lousy Stars; if I could have given you none and still wrote a review I would have done that. You people suck and are the worst! You must hire people that can't think and process logical thoughts. You need to ask them to ask themselves if they would appreciate someone delivering something to them in the same manner? Totally unnecessary and absolutely dumb! I am so angry right now I am absolutely spitting!

Package is taking forever to get to me. No live tracking. Just shows where it might be... not where it ships from or where it's at. Wondering if this is a legitimate program. Of course ebay believes it. After reading other reviews, I am a little skeptical at this point. But still waiting

Placed an order with ebay seller usa*stores - order not received despite receiving a 'tracking number' showing delivery by Bluecare Express. The bogus tracking confirmation was enough for ebay to initially support the seller but after an appeal ebay refunded my money. Steer clear.

Item sent to the wrong address with a pic of their door. Doesn't even look remotely close to the same door. I've sent them an email regarding this so we will see how they respond. As of now 1 star until they make it right.

My second time to be scammed by BlueCARE. They are a fake shipping company. They generate fake shipping track numbers to get by Ebay security. When you ask BlueCARE about the email that proves they delivered, they will tell you that they have photo's of the drop and that it is confirmed. I was ripped off by them 3 months ago, now another Ebay seller scammed me with them. From now on, I will email every seller and ask, do you use BlueCARE? If they do, I will not purchase. BlueCARE is workers, lie for a living. Sellers that use them, aren't any better.

Rubbish company. Don't use. Delivering to wrong address and don't care. No customer phone number only mail. No response from mail.

Bluecare Express says they delivered my package, they never did!, tracking showed it was delivered at 9:34 am at my front door while I was working on my car at that time, I NEVER saw anyone getting close to my door at that time, stay away from ebay sellers who use that service. Even times shown on "tracking" look suspicious

I placed an eBay order, which was through a seller in Indonesia (learned this after the fact). The seller (anugraoes-0) sent my package to be delivered by via BlueCare Express. They delivered the package at 8:10pm after dark - left it without any security whatsoever on the concrete outdoor entry to my business long after we had closed - right next to a homeless person's "packing pad nest" (shown in their delivery photo). This is basically on the sidewalk of a heavily trafficked, after-hours nightlife street. Any delivery person with a shred of integrity and common sense would know with certainty that this package was going to be stolen within minutes. BlueCare delivery prides itself in "providing a truly secure shipping service to ensure your deliveries arrive safe and sound." What a fraudulent, bad JOKE! And their chief protector, Ebay, decided to resolve this problem issue I raised by declaring that the package WAS delivered, therefore, my case is closed. I just wasted a lot of my time, effort and money by purchasing through eBay. I trusted them all to simply send me an order I placed in good faith on eBay -- and they all failed MISERABLY! BlueCare is a very unprofessional, negligent and obviously fraudulent shipper -- BEWARE! AND eBay couldn't possibly care less about the negligent actions by their sellers and shippers or the fact that their customers are getting screwed over royally.

My package never got too my home it said delivered? Somewhere in my city but doesn't say too my home?

Got my package 2 days before the estimated delivery date, very well done! Can't say that a lot of delivery services would go above and beyond, I'm very happy with their service.

The driver put in thier notes that they delivered the item and was handed to resident. But that didn't happen at all BECAUSE I WAS NOT IN THE HOUSE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY my neighbours have told me that there was nothing delivered to my house that day nor was there anyone attempting to deliver anything to my house.
I get on the them about it and they tell me to contact the vendor...
And now there is no response from them at all.
The driver has blatantly Stole my parcel! And like every other review about them on this site ebay has backed them 100% and won't listen when I tell them that bluecare express is not responding at all! So now I'm down £159.99 and ebay/bluecare express couldn't care less

I got my package delivered by Bluecare Express, and I had a really good experience. They are a very reliable company that delivered the item, safe and sound. I would recommend bluecare to anyone looking for fast and reliable service

Tracking number BCECH*******178YQ was delivered on Monday at 11:30 on. No package was left on doorstep. Seller is looking into it.

It's mindblowing how fast they deliver the products. Ordered a couple of things from them and guess how fast I got them. By three days! That is so damn swift and the package was exactly what I wanted too! Thanks
