Very worst service & 1 month to go but my credit card not delivered. Customer care number invalid. Follow up by email but not respond from there side. With tracking AWB my parcel shown as delivered with other receipient name.

Must be the worst courier service provider in India. No words to say!Just utterly disgusted by their $#*!.

I choose to spend my document through bluedart as the document has to be submitted on 4 oct.I spend 400 for speed delivery but it didn't delivery with 7 days I like to recommend don't send through bluedart.

BLUEDART is the most expensive courier service but doesnt deliver in promised timeline, customer service also provides no resolution. I had an urgent package coming in and obviously it was important to get it on time hence huge charges paid. The package was even out for delivery and i waited all day but the bluedart agent did not deliver. He did not even call me. I just saw a tracking update next day that due to rain package could not be delivered. But there were no rains in my city at all. He just made up a false excuse. I complained to customer service next day and requested delivery as it was a very important package, already delayed. They promised but again same thing. The package was out for delivery and i waited whole day. The customer service refused to contact the delivery agent to expedite my delivery. Whats the use of a package if its not delivered when its needed?

3rd rate service. Their agents are the worst in the industry.
Utter disregard for customer care. Dont keep their words.
Delivery not on time.

Bluedart delivery is the world's worst delivery services. Once I ordered a product in flipkart and they send the product through bluedart. On the given date of delivery it was not delivered when I inquired about it they replied that the delivery boy was not there so they could not and suggested me for the next day which was not possible for me because I was leaving on that day morning. So, I cancelled the order. Such irresponsible company as well as staff too.
