I ordered a portable ac unit through the Sears website. The seller was a 3rd party seller. BlueStoreNow. The price for this was 86.30 at the regular price of 94.93. I thought... what a great deal and since Sears website posted this... how could I go wrong?! Well... I got the shipping and tracking info and the tracking info was never recognized and I could not find the delivery info. Turns out that someone made a huge mistake in pricing and took the item off the website. I contacted Bluestorenow and they "SAY" it was damaged in shipment so they refunded my $, which they did. (That's the good thing) Bad thing... customer service hangs up on you... they don't care that you don't get what you ordered. They don't honor THEIR pricing and didn't care about the customer. A co-worker ordered the same item on the same day and had the exact same experience and me. BEWARE of this company. Just because it is posted on a well known site doesn't mean that the company, bluestorenow, is reputable! They are not!
