Just wanted to share my fantastic experience buying an eBay business from BMBMatrix! The entire process was smooth, and my Project Manager Xavier is super responsive and transparent. They provide top selling products, and sales are coming in every other day. If you're considering buying an eBay business, I highly recommend BMBMatrix for their professionalism and reliability. Five stars all the way!
I had a similar experience as the review posted on 4/7/24 by Michael S. I signed up for this service choosing the package that cost 15k. I should have done more research on these guys as it was definitely too good to be true. It is also very important to know that the items they do actually ship are USED electronics - they conveniently never told me that, only buyers informed me of the poor condition the items were in. Once we started they quickly loaded tons of listings onto my amazon seller account(they never created my ebay store even though i was promised that for over a month). On Amazon I received 27 orders pretty fast and thought everything was great - until I started getting daily emails and phone calls from customers asking where their orders were(they didn't update to show their company contact information so I had angry customers who had my home address and phone number which wasn't great). Out of the 27 orders they only actually delivered 7 of them. When I confronted them asking what the heck was going on, they just dismissed my concerns and said it was an inventory management mistake on their end. Meanwhile amazon closed my seller account( for good reason as this is a scam). Before I threw in the towel with these scammers I tried working through this for over a month with them promising me everything would get fixed but they actually never tried to fix anything. When I told them I just wanted a refund, they told me they would refund the money over 10 months with my "payments" being split even. I received the first two payments which totaled about 3k so I am currently sitting on a loss of about 12k and now no one at this horrible company will return any emails, texts of phone calls. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these scammers if you care about your money. Feel free to message with any questions, I want to help anyone I can to avoid losing money with these jokers.

I signed up with Bmb Matrix over 6 months ago and everyone was very helpful and followed through on what they said they were going to do. I would certainly recommend Bmb. They have extensive knowledge about selling online. I would like for them to communicate more! That's my only gripe.
As someone who has sold online for 7 years I must say I'm very impressed with this company's process. I purchased their Amazon Lite package in August and within the first few days sales started to roll in. I averaged about 3-4 sales per day which was decent. Within a month of selling Amazon put my account under review. During this time Xavier was kind enough to upgrade me to an free eBay store that has taken off in the past few weeks. Knowing the obstacles you face selling online I'm grateful for the wonderful staff over at Bmb Matrix.
From day one I knew I was In good hands. I had a very impressive zoom demo with James and I decided to move forward. The team over at bmb matrix is very knowledgeable when It comes to ecommerce. Both my Amazon and eBay stores has done very good in revenue. I'm very excited about the new Beta program that they have a launched I highly recommend it!

Signed up two weeks ago and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. The process was simple, straightforward, and hassle-free. My project manager is also a big help. I highly recommend them.
Their Amazon lite package brought me in a pretty decent Roi. I'm upgrading soon to their Amazon Standard which gives me access to more products across different platforms. I'm leaning on putting more capital selling on eBay rather than Amazon due to their super strict rules and complications. Overall Bmb provides a pretty good business model.

While I'm highly satisfied with the direction my Amazon & eBay stores are going in. I reserve the fifth star as there's always room for improvement. However, considering the comprehensive and turnkey nature of BMBMatrix's offerings, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking to establish a successful presence on the two marketplaces. Good company if your looking to scale your Amazon or ebay business. In the beginning I received a little to many returns but over a month ago the products that I'm selling on my stores has gotten better. Sales has also picked up substantially on eBay a little more than Amazon. Which was surprising.
After a rough four months I love their new Beta program. Sales have been steady. No interruptions of payouts or refunds. I'm very excited about the direction things have been moving in with Bmb Matrix and thanks to Xavier who have assisted me with different obstacles I was facing.

I recently purchased an Amazon package from Bmb matrix that exceeded my expectations in several ways,
First and foremost, the package provided me with a good selection of 100 products loaded onto my Amazon store.
My project manager assigned to my store was incredibly helpful and attentive. They took care of customer service and order management with great efficiency.
With the combined efforts of the carefully selected product inventory, diligent project management, and expert guidance from Bmb matrix, I consistently achieved 5-10 sales per day and generated an impressive revenue ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 a day. This level of success exceeded my initial expectations and solidified my trust in the effectiveness of this company.
Stole my investment returned zero. After I wrote reviews detailing my experience they tried to bribe me with my own money to take down the reviews. I can verify every transaction and provide documents.

BMBMatrix offered a decent turnkey eBay business package, which helped me get started in online selling. The selling process was straightforward, and the products in my eBay store sells very well. However, I found their support occasionally lacking, with slower response times. While the experience was amazing and eye opening, there's room for improvement.
We just started doing business with bmb matrix and were really happy with the service. We've tried a few other companies that advertise selling on Amazon and they could never deliver! With bmb we got our first few sales in a short amount of time and with a positive ROI!

Micheal Scalis review is lacking full context of his experience with BMB. When a client leaves a false review, we contact the client to amend the review so that it depicts the actual events that transpired. In Micheals case, his review is not only lacking context, but is a total misrepresentation of our attempt to resolve any outstanding issues with a previous client.
*Sales*
Micheal first signed up for our Lite Package last February when the cost of the package was $4,995. Over the 4 months, Micheal generated $28,000 in revenue $5,300 of which was profit. Since Micheal was interested in growing his sales, he would reinvest his profits back to BMB in order for us to scale his store.
*Auditing + Accounting*
At some point during this process, Micheal contacted BMB and informed us of his financial hardship and he needed to close his store and requested his funds be returned back to his account. When this request is made, our process is to audit the client's account in order to account for Amazon deposits, fees, client credits. This is done at BMB's expense in order to present the client with a detailed accounting of their store's performance for tax purposes as well as refunding purposes. At the end of the accounting, we concluded that Micheal had approximately $11,000 of prepayments and credits which was owed to him. We presented him with the audit details and he signed the agreement so that we can proceed with the refund process.
*Attempted Resolution*
After the account closure agreement was signed we attempted numerous times to contact Micheal regarding payment. This process went on for several months and in December we finally made contact with Micheal after he left a false negative review. He acknowledged that the review was an embellishment on his part and to his and he did remove it after speaking with his project manager. He informed us that he signed the agreement but he was not in agreement with the terms of the refund.
*Second Refund Request*
During the call, he expressed his intention to continue to work together again and that he did not want a refund, instead he wanted to resume selling with BMB. He expressed his frustration but expressed that his intention was to move forward and reactivate his Amazon and eBay stores. Based on this conversation, we amended his service agreement and scheduled an onboarding call for the following business day. After missing two scheduled onboarding calls, we finally were able to get a hold of Micheal and to our dismay, he asked for a refund again. At his request, we amended the agreement the third time to refund him for his prepayments of working capital. Our only request was that he remove the false review which he agreed to.
*Final Attempt at Resolution *
After two weeks of attempting to contact Micheal to finalize the refund, we were unsuccessful at reaching Micheal. At this point we recognized a pattern of agreeing to terms then disappearing shortly after. Finally, Feb 1st 2024, our director was able to successfully reach Micheal and again he wanted to change the agreement to now include his initial $4,995. Since Micheal already generated a profit of over $6,000 which exceeded his setup cost, this was not an option.
*Legal Recourse*
It is always BMB's intention to resolve all matters with the client internally, and when that becomes impossible, we take legal action in order to resolve any outstanding issues. Unfortunately in this case, we've made every attempt over the last 8 months to contact and resolve the issues with Micheal without any success. It is never our intention to disclose our clients financial matters but in this case we felt it was pertinent to provide the entire context of Micheals experience.
