I was hoping for a replacement for AR tests, etc, and made the BIG mistake of buying a year subscription to BookAdventure. As it turns out, most books are not included and their customer service varies from absent to clueless and then eventually ignoring you. I have tried emailing with no response. I have tried contacting them on Facebook and have been ignored after 5 months, despite me trying to reach out to them every 2 weeks or so.
This company seems to me to be a complete sham. I highly advise everyone to steer clear unless you like the idea of wasting money on a major disappointment with completely absent customer service.
Don't even think about getting a refund once you realize that you have been had, either. They will ignore those requests just as much as any informational ones.
