We booked a flight for travel in March. We were told that after the travel is complete, call back and they will give us our discount back on our card. It is now July. I am on my 16th call to them requesting my discount. The 'accounting department' has supposedly tried refunding the money twice but was unable so they ask for my bank account so they can wire me the money. NOT A CHANCE! I will still try to get it back but realize chances are probably slim and none. It's the principle of it all.

What appeared to be a good deal of a flight price. Got cancelled saying "Card Denied". No call from the company. When we called the Credit card company they said they never received any transaction that day. Can't trust these people. Shady business.
Beware of using this site. I tried them yesterday for the first time. I received confirmation and two hours later, everything was cancelled. Where did my credit card information go? Use someone else!
I got a refund from united in 4 days due to medical reasons, they sent the money to this booking agent. Now a month later I'm waiting for my check. 972.00 excuse after excuse, then ask for a supervisor and no one is available left on hold for 20minutes and line disconnect. Call back to find out no one available
I booked a great flight and it got cancelled saying my credit was invalid. I cancelled that card. Very suspicious.
What appeared to be a great price for a ticket turned out to be a nightmare! If I had not called to ask a question I would have never found out that the trip was cancelled. No phone call and no email! Beware of this website!
Still trying to get a refund from April! I am currently disputing the charges through my credit card.
