Me and my husband living here for four years they can't keep good management can't keep good workers that maintenance guy is 27 years old. He used to live down the road in a mobile home community. He steals everything and take it down to the committee. His name is Adam all he do is live there for free. The tenants are not allowed to barbecue, but he does it anyway take it that he has the right to do it because he is the maintenance man. He also take things that don't belong to him we've been living here for four years and every time we have lived there we have seen different workers come different workers go people quit then once they do get somebody new, the new person move all the family members on the premises do whatever they want to trash to please use all of the amenities you can't get in the pool and do nothing. I decided on November to get them at five star review. I gave them a five star Bill because people were moving out and it was getting like a ghost town. I thought it would've been a nice thing to do but it turned out to be a nightmare. They're very disrespectful I'm a 49-year-old woman and married for 32 years three daughters three granddaughters they don't care about me being disabled on two different insulin. My husband and I both was in and out of the hospital. My husband had a bleeding stomach ulcer. She said she don't care. She didn't care that my husband had Covid. She said she didn't care Angela in the office. She's very trifling and very ignorant and she doesn't have respect for African-American people. She doesn't even have any respect for herself she don't have a spare and she don't know what she's doing every time I need to work at my unit. I've been here for four years had him live right next-door to me he will always make excuses and blame it on the other maintenance man Jonathan was supposed to do this job been been going for two years it's your job every time he came in my apartment he had to go to google search they try to figure out what to do and if he Couldn't do it, then he had a hat hire outside contractor.
On January did receive a $7000 check for me and a five star review and they gave me and return a non-renewal of my lease at the four years of being a resident and they also responded to Blair watch the killer review and didn't want to respond to mise.
