Finally looking at all the dark spots on the back of my forearms, I decided to regularly smooth it on my arms and backs of my hands. I am rather amazed at the change! My 76 year old skin had plenty of spots. Are they totally gone? No, but most have just about faded away and a few larger ones are very inconspicuous because they are MUCH lighter. I am very pleased with this product.
