Bought a gaming chair from this company via amazon. They are Trading as I M S Trading Ltd. Wheel broke on 1st use. Tried to return item as was expensive and I wasn't happy with quality, company proved to be a nightmare. I had to get amazon involved as company has a policy that there is never a genuine reason for a product to be returned as parts can be replaced. So if you're not happy with quality you have to pay yourself to return very heavy and bulky item. Amazon contacted them several times regarding picking chair up and refunding me they refused because their policy states they don't have to and customer should have read this. They then went on to tell amazon customer services to advise client not to return the chair. These people are obnoxious and clearly don't care about refund laws because they write their own. After spending two hours on phone with amazon they refunded me as a good will gesture because the representative didn't trust the company to do so. So if you won't accept poor quality goods, or might rightfully change your mind, do not buy from this company as a return will cost you.
