We had a river view luxury apartment, very comfortable and nice. However, on the Saturday evening at 22:15 when we had to seek emergency medical help in order to assist another guest who fell down stairs and injured herself, we were unable to get hold of any member of the hotel management. None of the cell phone numbers were answered. The emergency number of the property went to voicemail. Although we tried repeatedly to reach hotel management we could not. We had to resort to help the injured party, phone and ambulance etc. The next morning we learned that "management lives on the property", but did not respond. This was an extremely bad experience and although the accommodation was beautiful, we will not return. Management was completely unaware and unresponsive.
