Bridesmaids Dress

What a disaster! So I finally found a bridesmaid dress that I loved at a bridal store where I live. The price at the bridal store was steep and I was excited to find the same designer dress on Bridesmaids.com for a much better price. What luck! When I received the dresses however, they were NOT the same color! My beautiful fall slate blue wedding just became a spring time baby blue and I'm so sad. My dress is blush and now it looks like we're going to a fancy baby shower. And bonus, none of the dresses fit my bridesmaids, they are all too small! We used the sizing guide by the dress designer Bari Jay which was listed on their website. Despite the bad reviews of their terrible customer service, I went ahead and sent the email with pictures to them, hoping they would help. Of course they came back saying that it was an issue of screen resolution and offered no help. Needless to say, unless you have personally put on the exact style, color and size of the dress you are ordering and are ok if it's not what you wanted, I would stay away from this company! Trust me, its not worth the disappointment and anxiety. **update: to add insult to injury the company threatened "legal action" if I do not, quote, "correct my reviews". All I can picture is The Boss Baby running their customer service department. Ladies these folks are scary bad news.
