“Coding is magic”

My son is just loving his coding classes with his teacher Nisha. The teacher Nisha is just amazing the way she teaches him in one on one classes with full attention. I never thought my child at this young age can learn coding and create his own games. I am a proud father to say my son is going to create his own app. All thanks to Brightchamps and its amazing support staff.

“Post demanding $1500 prepayment before service Brightchamps, suddenly Showed Poor Business Practices”

We paid $1500.00 on June 23,2023. From our evidence-based experience, we are an American family taken advantage of by this company. Our experiences are documented and with financial receipts. Companies like Brighthamps is an investor-heavy/million dollar organization should be mindful not to have any appearance to silence mistreated customers. Therefore, since our experience is a matter of consumer safety, we've taken the time to warn of the negative impact of our dealing with Brightchamps. In addition, it also appears others have had horrific encounters, similar to ours, with this company. I wish we knew this before prepaying since there is certainly a longstanding precedent and a history of the behavior from Brighthamps we are describing already outlined online before we were even customers. In short, Brightchamps took our money and then began to not show up for classes( or cancelling literally 1-3 mins before class starts) or they were not returning escalation emails. Look online, this treatment to customers was so pervasive, hopefully it is not a strategy. We even were forced to pay for material outside of the kits we already prepaid. Based on Brighchamps own behavior, that is antagonistic. Fortunately, if there is a license to operate a business, that business can't just demand prepayment and then "switch up", then avoid a request for mitigation/horrendous service because customers may use the BBB or state licensing or other methods outside of Brightchamps but it should never have to be that way. Brightchamps has a fiduciary duty to either perform the service respectfully as described or they should have engaged in the best practice to mitigate with the customer without creating the appearance they disappeared with the customers money. In our undisputable experience, they have been sneaky, calculating, and unworthy of any recommendation that encompasses exposing little children to these vulture-like tactics. Certainly be careful of their kind-sounding marketing as they were wolves with sheep clothes and completely changed after they had possession of our $1500.00. Respectfully and in conclusion, the CEO, Ravi Bhushan, should be totally ashamed and use humility to make the simple corporate structure improvements needed to make sure that no other American family has this experience. There are zero excuses for what we went through and I hope this experience will create a more positive and more safe experience for others.

I have enrolled my 7 year old kid at BrightChamps and have seen a great improvement in his academic perfoemance.

I'm very glad that I enrolled my daughter in Brightchamps. She is progressing a lot with her teacher. They focus on enhancing student's skills and I am grateful I found like this opportunity for my daughter. Due to her attained skills from Brightchamps, she got accepted in a hackathon.

My daughter's instructor has been very phenomenal. Very wonderful teacher. She has been very engaging on a personal level and is concerned about my daughter's progress. The platform is nice and very organized.

Receipt evidence provided as courtesy to show verified customer status included. This review submitted to provide a consumer safety blanket to other parents who spend thousands of dollars in disposable income for extra-curricular activities. As an American family spending monies to an overseas company, our experience was a parents worse nightmare. Take precaution and don't prepay to companies overseas and do trust the plethora of other online reviews. We wish we had done that.
