WHAT A CRAP CON COMPANY I HAVE HAD AN ON GOING BATTLE SINCE OCTOBER THE DRESS I ORDERED FOR MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING WAS ONLY FIT FOR THE BIN, THEY WANTED ME TO SEND PICTURES OF MYSELF IN THE DRESS NO WAY ON GODS EARTH WAS THAT GOING TO HAPPEN THEY HAVE OFFERED ME 8% then £10.00 then £11.00 I WANTED A FULL REFUND LIKE IT STATED IF NOT HAPPY WELL THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED AND DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT WILL THIS IS ONE BIG CON DONT ORDER SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME SO WISHED I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Horrendous! Looks like it's sewn by a 3 year old. My dog can sew better! Company doesn't give a sh@t either and don't hold your breath for a refund as they've had your money and aren't bothered about any complaints. Worse company I've ever dealt with

I ordered a dress and checked the terms and conditions - it stated fully refundable regardless of reason. Dress arrived 4 weeks later - shocking quality poor fit. I emailed the company asking for returns address - they asked for photos of my daughter I refused and said they could not do anything without pictures of my daughter in the dress - who would send photos of their daughter across the net? So I sent photos of the dress - their response was it looks the same as in the picture. I have since had 7 emails back and to and they have offered me £7. I now how the credit card company investigating them and have emailed the China Consumers Association. Absolute disgrace!

This is a terrible company to deal with. They offer a full refund if not satisfied with goods-I was not as the dress did not fit. They offered me 7% refund and will not budge on it.
Think twice before ordering from these people. They are crooks

I ordered a prom dress branded xcite. It was sold out everywhere except for this one site. It was half the price and I was so excited. I ordered it and got a confirmation email for my order but never a shipping confirmation. After a few week we emailed them and they only told us that "everything was okay" and assured my dress was coming. When the dress came in, it was stuffed in an envelope from china, automatic bad sign. The dress that cam was awfully made complete with a seamstress number. Definitely sweatshop made. The color was off, the size was off, the construction was horrid, and cheap sequins replaced the gems. When we tried to return it all they offered was $20 to have a tailor fix it. I emailed them several times demanding a full refund. But they never replied. TOTAL SCAM! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.
