If I could give a ZERO star, I would! The website no longer exists! My money is gone! Please don't fall trap to this! PayPal was even involved!

Companies like this and the people that work or create this $#*! should be $#*!ing ashamed of themselves. I got scammed and I am $#*!ing pissed, what makes it worse is Paypal won't refund my money... I hope like hell you idiots get busted someday and go to jail... $#*!heads!

No confirmation email, no response from customer service, no product received. After you pay with Paypal is says you just paid this company and its all Chinese characters. Just a scam

The big issue with this site is customer service. If you have a problem, they will not respond!

I bought sneakers from this website. Admittedly I knew it was a bit of a risk and I got burned! I payed with Paypal hoping I would have some sort of protection. But no. Heres what happened. They claim to have shipped the shoes and paypal sent a confirmation. As best I can research post office is to blame. My carrier and his supervisor admit that the package was delivered to an address 2 miles from my house. They tell me the scanners have GPS in them and they werent at my house when it was delivered. However... I reached out to customer service asking for help and explaining the story. No reply to 3 emails.
I reached out to paypal explaining that I just want help reaching the seller and they sent me back an automated reply saying the seller had confirmation it was delivered. I told them if you search the tracking it will say it was delivered but it was not. I was looking for help to compel the seller/website to contact me. I just want information on insurance so I can make a claim with USPS. I was worried that the seller would make the insurance claim since I emailed them the package never arrived. Then I would be out the shoes and the insurance claim. Paypal wouldnt help any further.
I tried to file a claim with the post office and found out that there was no insurance purchased on the package.
So now I have no shoes, I am out $100, I am getting no help from the website who, by the way, had 2 different customer service emails and didnt respond to requests for help to both of them!
Do not buy from this page! It says "Brooks Official" and I knew it wasnt their site which is why I knew there was risk involved. Be careful! They are not helpful and theres a good possibility you will lose your money.

I ordered two pair of shoes from Bshoesen.com and a few days later, the website was taken down!
