I ordered just under $500 worth of hats. My payment was processed right away but hats never arrived. When I contacted the company they sent me an ups tracking number, but did not ship the hats.
Their website shows some great/unique product. It also shows the majority of it in-stock - it is a lie. They do not have inventory to my understanding and they do not fulfill orders they make you pay for up front. They are not a reputable company & they should not be allowed to operate as one. My only advice is to NOT use them for anything.
I placed an order for 156 caps on 7/15 with a 5 day turn around promised on the merch. I received 52 of the caps on 8/11 - far past when they should have come. When i emailed to ask about my remaining 104 caps I was told I was refunded for them because they are not in stock. I never received a refund nor was it ever communicated that any items were out of stock. Very shady business.

Hello we are sorry for delays with order around holiday season. This order does show to be delivered VIA UPS as well partially refunded for items that were not available to ship.

Sorry we just now are accessing this but in our policy page it states if items are unavailable we will ship what we have. Unfortunately you did order stock that we did not carry physically although we do carry styles physically however these floral caps fell out of style and were not something we continued to physically carry but did keep available on site as we also offer embroidery services. Looking back this was certainly a hard year for supply companies as a lot of things we often relied on like ready stock, quick shipping, and being overwhelmed due to the pandemic there were a lot of dropped balls. We apologize for your experience.
