They lied and said the phone I sent in was MDM locked, however I brought it brand new from Verizon. Ripped the seal and everything. So I know that's not true. Charging me to send it back because I "misrepresented " it due to the imaginary lock on the phone. So they lied and want me to pay them to send me back something I didn't want in the first place.

They advertised that they will buyback cell phones and that what I was trying to do. Sell a phone that I thought was lost but then I found it in a bazaar place in my house. I had already purchased a new phone so I needed to sell this unneeded phone. So I thought that I would give them a try.
Got a fair price for our old cell phones. Much better than putting them in a drawer or the trash

From start to finish this was a very easy process. It was easy to send my phone to them with the mailing box provided by them. Instructions were so easy I was amazed. They sent the check just as they said they would. They answered the few questions I had to my satisfaction. I will do this again when I have a device I want to sell.

Seemed like an easy process
I didn't like the offer from my cell provider to buy my phone. Their offer was almost laughable. I decided to search online for an offer and found BuyBackTronics' offer within 10 minutes or so. I filled out some paperwork and put my phone in the mail. I received my check in the mail in a few days. So easy!
