“I read the reviews but, I had already ordered...”

I read the reviews but, I had already ordered... I got the bracelets & started to wear right away... I LOVE THEM... I put both on my right wrist cause I have been having great pain in wrist. I had been wearing a brace at nite which did stop the pain but, it's bulky. I have no pain day or nite after I started to wear them... My complaint would be the $ 15.99 I was charged for shipping... no way in holly h--- does it cost $ 15.99 to ship 2 lite weight items.

I rate iRenew on the negative side of the rating scale: -4! Total scam and you can kiss that $$ you paid for it, BYE BYE! FALSE PRODUCTS/COMPANIES SHOULD BE PENALIZED BY THE LAW. Lies about a product and getting folks to give personal info payment details and etc. Plus the discontinued service guarantee. Individuals are targeted and robbed while government/law enforcement groups let this behaviour grow. It's organized thievery.

Wish I had found this website 2 weeks ago... ordered 1 set of bracelets January 5th haven't received or been charged, shipping was $21, so really I paid for the second bracelet and the $2 it would actually cost to ship it. I suppose they are having to weave the bracelets or something, I could have walked there and picked them up by now, but, after reading these reviews, I suppose I will put a stop payment and change my card number and all the bs to avoid them having my info... lesson learned. Thanks for the info!

Anytime you see an UNBELIEVABLE ad on TV it is always not believable. After I watched the ad I wrote the website down. I knew to check this website and others to verify that this website and product was a ripoff. Please don't be desperate and think that all your ailments can be solved by an inanimate object. Health comes with less food, more exercise, and assistance from health professionals. If you have a question about a product, website, and any unbelievable claim. Check it out on SiteJabber!

I made the mistake of ordering. Once I got to the page that gave the shipping cost and delivery estimate, it was too late. There is no option to cancel. 2 bracelets 19.99, shipping 15.99 delivery estimate 2-6 weeks.
I did check the Connecticut BBB after I realized I'd been scammed and there was nothing about them. So I guess I'm now the first to file a complaint with them.

I'm a network security professional and, without putting too fine a point on it, these not-so-clever folks are a source of nothing but heartache. Use an HTML trace tool, i. E. Firebug or Fiddler and watch the action! Really bad juju...

Their ad on TV says, return within 30 days for a FULL refund. However on their packing slip it says refund for merchandise only. Called the company, because one of the bracelets was defective from the factory. TOOOO bad they said. Return at my expense only $1.00 and my refund was for the product only. Please do not buy this item...

I went into the "official web site for BuyiRenew", hoping to get more information on the product. It tells you absolutely nothing. They just want you to order, which I didn't. Then I clicked on the Site Jabber site. So glad I did! After seeing everyone's review I knew not to get it. Thank you everyone for the reviews. I thought it was fishy, watching the commercial for it, and seeing them do the balanceing act. It looked phony. Thank you again reviewers.: 0

I bought the bracelet and got charged $71.78. Thier advertisment shows that you only need to pay $19.99 for one braclet and get the 2nd one for free... however, when I ordered, it totals up to $71.78... please do not order from this website. I could not go back and delete or cancell my orders. They use tricks to cheat customers.

This is a total scam anybody with an IQ over 40 should know a bracelet without a power supply can not generate a thing. They are making millions selling a rubber band
With a piece of tin stuck on it, and on top of that they rob you on the shipping. This piece of junk is advertised on Fox News they should be called and this scam stopped.
Fox News is just as responsible as those crooks are.

Can't believe this is allowed. What a scam. Better business bureau should be notified. How can they continue to pull such a scam?

I was interested by the quick comercial but thought to see more on the web site and when I found it was only to order, I got weary - then found this site of sitejabber and got curious and really thought it sad that there are such dishonest bussiness out there that prey on the elderly as helping with balance and strength are what they are needing. I advise all people interested in this false claim to help with these things to seek a licensed physical therapist who has stratagies to help with balance and strength and prevent falls in a safe manner and you definately get something for your co-pay! And no crazy shipping costs!

I certainly will not be ordering from this company. If you want to have a challenge on your hands by trying to get your money back or even navigate through their website, give it a try. Be my guest. You will soon be calling your credit card company complaining so just don't order in the first place. Hopefully this gets the point across.

As the old saying goes, "If it seems to be too good to be true then it probably is. I always do my homework before buying something and a big thanks goes to websites like these that provide the consumer's experience and help the rest of us from being scammed. My parents are older and balance/falling has become an issue and I wondered about this product. Close call.

Good luck to those who were charged more than the ad claims.

THANKS TO ALL WHO SUBMITTED THEIR REVIEWS. I WAS ABOUT TO GO TO THE WEBSITE TO ORDER THE IRENEW BRACELET AND CLICKED ON THIS SITE FIRST AND YOU ALL TALKED ME OUT OF IT. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR INPUT. I WAS RIPPED OFF BY THE " BARK OFF" DEVICE THOUGH. IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL AND I HAVE NO WHERE TO SEND IT BACK. THANKS AGAIN!

Was going to buy this - actually on the website and starting to enter my credit card number; then read all of the comments and decided NOT to buy. Thank you ALL for alerting me to this Scam-I am disabled and on a fixed income and could not afford to be both scammed and then spend the time "trying" to get my money back. Thanx, Marsha from Fort Wayne, IN
