They act as if they have 400 products. How could these people be so busy that it takes 3 weeks to get my order? Also, after paying, they don't confirm payment for a full week and then the item just arrives one day. How in today's day and age can you not auto send an email. This is my third time buying from them. I complain and it falls on deaf ears. They are unresponsive for up to 3 days. They have quality products but they badly need to clean up their act.

Placed 3 orders in 2 months! So far, Im really enjoying the stuff. Some real real feedback: The packaging needs improvement. Personally, I'm fine with it so no issue here, but I could imagine someone being upset if it came back cracked. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I ordered 3 Kingpen cartridges. What I got was 2 Kingpen cartridges and 1 Stiiizy cartridge. The Kingpen battery it came with didn't even work with the Stiiizy cartridge, so it was useless.
I emailed customer service to ask for a refund. They convinced me to take a Kingpen cartridge and said I can keep the Stiiizy. Took a week for the third Kingpen cartridge to get to me.

Product works great and price seems very fare! Shipping and tracking leave a lot to be desired but I believe that is due to USPS failing at their end. Tracking of the order was atrocious and was NEVER given any update. It still showed up within 2 weeks. They need a different shipping provider …So far so good.

BIG SCAM ALERT! Placed an order and made payment and never got another email back. I sent multiple emails about the order with no response and its been over a week. DON't MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME, payment is in bitcoin so no way to get that back. The reviews look good but they are in fact fake plus how many other reviews have actual proof like my pic. Before you pay the emails will come through but after that it will be no response, classic SCAM! Kicking myself for being an idiot.

I have bought from here about 3 times now. I never had a problem with receiving my order. One time it was a little late, but it was just before Christmas. I wouldn't hold that against them. Everything I've bought has been top quality. Before discovering Weedsly, I used to shop around and had all kinds of difficulties--including parcels not showing up, and having to chase refunds. I haven't shopped anywhere else since. I have also recommended this to a few friends who also have had no issues. Excellent service and products.

Having received a good first experience with this company, I thought I should write a fair review in response to some of the criticism.
The product arrived within 2 weeks. Lovely packaging, nice fresh smell, no damage. So far I'm impressed. This organization is well run and efficient, the product(s) are high quality and get me very stoned. Nothing but a pleasant-on going experience for me :)

I love the item which is why I did not return, However, I am dissatisfied with the company's customer service. When I reached out to support through email twice! No response. Once they ship carts to you, they seal up your case and you no longer matter…till you make another order. This is unacceptable. Booo!

Brilliant idea. Service is completely as described. Shipping was a little dicey, but that's the USPS for you.

Once you send them BitCoin, you'll never hear from them again. And any positive reviews are left by fake accounts. To see if they would still respond to emails, I contacted them directly on their website using an alternate email address, pretending to not know how to buy and send BitCoin. They responded within minutes to tell me how. I replied back with my order number and I stopped getting any responses yet again. Don't waste your time or your money. Plenty other ways to get what you're looking for without being ripped off.

Weedsly has an average product at a barely ok price but they fail on delivery. It shouldn't take between 2-3 weeks to get my item.

They use USPS to ship it. WAY TOO LONG OF A WAIT WITH THE PRICE WE PAY. I know you say shipping is free but I know nothing is free and that it's calculated into the cost of the cartridges.

The ordering was painless, but the delivery was satisfactory. This is the third time I've ordered from you all. This last order experience was not as sharp. Do better.

I think this is a scam. I placed an order in early March and it was never delivered. I contacted customer support several times and never got a reply nor a refund. When I placed the order, I didn't even get an email confirming purchase. It basically just took my money and then nothing happened. Very disappointed.

This was my first time ordering on the site and I read thoroughly how it works. When I get the cartridge, it needs a battery to use! They never mention anything of the sort. Now im stuck staring at an unusable cartridge.

I have bought numerous items from Weedsly, but recently bought 3 carts (with a free battery) that wasn't shipped for 3 weeks. Even though I have complained nothing was done. It makes you wonder what's really going on over there. No reason was given for the long delay. I eventually got the order, but it was after the holidays. I find this to be bad business. The employees over there should smoke less of their own product.

This company just literally stole my money. Period. I made a purchase in January and I have never heard anything from them despite all the emails i sent. Don't waste your money, guys. This is a scam.
