Shout out to South Camella Bacolod team turtle! You will never receive any notification about the status of your house, electricity, and water, etc! You have to go there every day just to check what's going on! The office team are like undergrads and don't know what to do but their accountant can accept the payment in seconds! I'm in full regret why I chose Camella. If you want challenges and nightmare to own a house, Camella will help u.

I had my house built by non- engineers! If I could send pictures you would be shocked! We have to use Carmella's contractor!
They went around the area and picked up pieces of block and squeezed them in our walls during construction. I asked them to rebuild the house and they wrote back that they fixed the problem but I can see that they covered the mistakes with concrete. I cant go there due o Covid so we are at the mercy of Carmella. We save our hard earned money to build our dream homes and this is what happens. I'm sure we will have cracking issues throughout the house and possibly collapsing. I will have a housing inspector of my own to check the structure. This many complaints and no action from anyone?
We are raising concerns and the admins of General Santos City Camella Office are not very helpful to homeowners at all. I believed when you acquired this property you must be treated fair and just as a client, you wanted to have a small improvements to your own house yet they will disapprove and not help and guide you on how to be able to redo it. And the admin will not talk to you in a proper way. Declining calls always. Unbelievable! Worst!

We purchased our house unit in 2018@ Camella Digos. Sadly, it is already 2022 but our house unit is not yet built. They can't seem to provide you proper updates. If you want some updates, you need to go to their office and inquire. If you ask them why there is still no ongoing construction, they will always tell you that they are waiting an advice or update from their Central Office. Imagine waiting in vain for 5 years. It is a very frustrating and heartbreaking experience. If I can only bring back the time, I will not purchase a house unit from Camella anymore. Save yourself from stress and heartache!
To All Potential Buyers:
Please don't get scammed by Camella Homes. They are only good during the pre-selling transaction. Once you give them your downpayment, equity, trust me, they will be gone. No one from the previous personnel you talked to during the negotiation will be available. Much worst, you cannot even get a copy of your official receipt and Contract to Sell.
I wonder how this company is still able to dupe people.

Camella homes are worth your investment because of the quality of the houses. Their staff are polite and attend to our inquiries and provide updates timely.
The Camellia Homes management is not truthful. They have very poor customer
Relations. We signed up our mortgage with "All Bank" on June 2019 for a fix rate of 7.8% for 5 years. We paid our mortgage before the due date regularly even during pandemic and shocked to receive a notice from "All Bank" that Camellia bought back our mortgage as an "In House" loan and for a 14.9%. Camellia and All Bank both belongs to Villar. Very manipulative. "All Bank" said Camellia failed to forward the title. It's their shortcomings, why do we have to suffer by charging us a very high interest rate. Right now, we are working on having it refinance by other bank. Hopefully we succeed with the Grace of the Lord.
Customer service is practically non-existent with this developer: my calls, texts and emails, almost all are left unanswered. The quality of build of my house is sub-standard - walls are not straight, bathroom floors sloped away from drain, wrong measurements, cheap material for stairs, doors and fixtures etc. Nine months after my turn-over, I still don't have a proper Meralco connection (among other things, Camella's builder did not provide a service entrance) and water connection. Now i return to where i started here: customer service. You have no one to take care of the concerns you encounter and raise because it almost seems like your emails, texts and calls are routed to a black hole. Looking for your dream home? Beware of Camella. All it has brought me so far are years of frustrations and headaches.
Stay away from this company! They're bunch of crooks! Think thousands of times before making any transaction with them.

Nothing but heartaches! I'm writing this review to help future home-owners to NOT even consider Camella as one of their choices. I did not see this website prior to buying a unit so it's too late for me but I hope the buck stops with me.

Do not trust: IF the Sales say something, you must document it and have a copy (do not trust we will give you a copy) because when your already turnover and ask for the sales promise, you need to prove it.
Quick Turnover of people: You are talking to an admin to all your concern the next week Admin changed. Already have 4 admins in 2 yrs.
Bureaucratic Process: You send the plans to the Camella engr approved after 7-10 working days then you bring to approved plan to the Camella employed property manager. The Property Manager will send plan to Camella Admin to stamp another 7-10 working days. PAHIRAP!

After buying a house, they lose interest. They react sluggishly to complaints. You have a construction site close for the whole year, because every now and then someone adds something. You work remotely overnight - you will certainly not sleep, because such a thing as silence does not exist and is not required. (the best time was when there was a total lockdown). They do nothing with dogs barking - sometimes all night long. Dog poop on your own property is normal, none of the owners clean up after their dog, Motorcycles with a loud exhalation are normal - also at night. The statutory speed of 20kmh is not respected because there are no decelerators on the road. Summing up, buy our house and then that's your concern. And many other bad things.

Very poor quality of materials, elements of the steel structure are rusted during bricklaying and no one protects the steel. (it will be utilized after a few years and will significantly weaken the building.

Yung sana nagbasa ako ng reviews bago kami kumuha ng unit sa Camella Cauayan. June 2018 nagsimula kami magbayad for DP, nakumpleto ang DP na 700K in less than a year, January 2021 na, di pa rin namin natitirahan ang bahay na buwan buwan naming hinuhulugan sa bank dahil sa dami ng kapalpakan sa unit. WAG NA WAG KAYONG KUKUHA NG UNIT SA CAMELLA! SAKIT NG ULO! MAPAPAMURA KA SA INIS!
I paid my unit fully in BDO bank and they dont have the title. They pass to me an endorsement letter and certificate of full payment. The bank said, they got guarantee letter only from Camella. After 5years, Camella haven't give my title up to this very moment and its been said that still in RTC for the re-institution. They just keep in promising and they said because of Covid, its been delayed. And until now, they never reply to my email and when I call, they always said the in-charge was not around. In addition, the house quality also was very poor. The time they turnover the unit to me, the window was not properly installed because cannot closed and lights switch was broken. They tricked me to sign first in the turnover documents and They promised that they will settle it but... they never fixed it at all. Few months after turnover, the wall of unit has many cracks and paints was torn.
Never ever buy property here. I promise you! You'll regret it. NEVER BUY PROPERTY AT CAMELLA. I swear to god.
We started enhancing our house in camella just to be stopped when it is almost finished. Operations were stopped just because we did not follow standard design. $#*! with the standard. We have seen the same designs here in our block and were finished already. This is an insult. The guard wont allow to enter our purchased materials! We already paid the bond and we are ok to forfeit it already but to stop the operation? It is ridiculous! Now we have to wait several days waiting to be approved AGAIN before resuming. We have targets already and it is really HASSLE. If you want to buy homE NEVER CHOOSE CAMELLA! YOU OWN YOUR HOUSE AND YET NO POWER OVER IT!
