I went to Holloween Haunt with my daughter and her friend.
My daughter and I have passes
But my daughters friend did not.
So we bought her a pass as the attendant at the ticket sales counter was keying in the transaction.
Lack of wifi make the phone loose the information.
The attendent then asked me to pay by debit.
I did, the credit card transaction went through as well.
The attendant told me I can cancel the credit card transaction. This was not true.
So as you can see I was charged twice.
I tried to call Canada's wondeland head office leaving many messages.
No reply.
I called my cc company and they told me it will take 90 days to solve and I paid the transaction to avoid cc penalties.
You would think a comany like Canada's Wonderland who is making money hand over fist would have a live agent to help.
Or train they're employees properly.
This is outrageous
