I think this company is decent overall. The management offers plenty of opportunities for employees to grow and learn more about the industry. However, the often-disorganized scheduling and mismatch of projects can be problematic for most employees. The managers sometimes assign us to projects and tasks that are not fit for us or our roles. Some of the team leads are also ineffective and doesn't bring much positive experience to the employees. This company is good, but still has a lot of room for improvement.
