Capital IM Limited is by far the worst trading platform out there. They are dangerous, stealing and they have the worst customer service in the space. They locked my account for no reason and refused to make funds available for withdrawal. I wrote to their support and all I got was auto replies with broken promises that the issue will be resolved soon. It's been over 3 months and they did nothing to resolve the issue. As luck would have it, I stumbled upon melvinbrenglobal.com, a company that helps track down scams and recover lost funds and bitcoins. With their help, I was able to get my funds back.
