“CHARGED TWICE, SENT PROOF FOR A REFUND, THEY BLEW ME OFF. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

I MADE AN ONLINE PURCHASE FROM THEIR STORE FOR $123.44. ENTERED DEBIT CARD INFO AND THE SITE SAID IT COULD NOT PROCESS IT. THEN ENTERED ANOTHER CARD AND THE SALE WENT THROUGH. THEN I GET A NOTICE FROM THE FIRST CARD COMPANY FOR THE SAME CHARGE OF $123.44. I CONTACTED THEM WITH COPIES OF BOTH CHARGES TO 2 DIFFERENT CARDS AND THEY DENIED THE SECOND CHARGE WAS PROCESSED. THEIR ONLINE STORE PAYMENT SYSTEM IS FLAWED, AVOID USING IT.
