This thing is amazing! I've been working out during covid and have lost 20 lb but my stomach and thighs are still fat and beginning to sag. I used this on the sonic setting 5 times for my tummy and can really see a difference. Tip, don't buy gel to go with it, it dries too fast and must be reapplied several times. Coconut oil and lotion work better. Another tip, move it super slow... as slow as you can. Watch YouTube videos and google cavitation so you know what it's actually doing. You have to take a 3 day break in between use and drink a bunch of water to flush the fat. It's the small pads that you place on the body. Do not touch the large metal paddle (used for fat removal) when using the EMS mode because it will shock you! Do it once and you won't do it again! I didn't buy it for the EMS settings but using it a lot for sure muscles.
