When I first heard about the company I was extremely excited but after
I used their service and put my money in the site wallet they said we have new rolls
First, forget about the money you put before because we will keep it safe in our hands
Second, You cant fund your MasterCard with it you, can't withdraw it, and can only buy garbage stuff from us Otherwise, it's useless and my money is stuck in there ever since and that was almost 2years ago
And this didn't happen to me alone it happened to all the users in my country

This site is broken and has mostly poor reviews. I signed up and it automatically selected Canada as my place of residence; This was not a changeable field and the website has ZERO support. Avoid at all costs as they don't allow you to close the account from the website.

For a few terrible years they had abused their login feature -- can you imagine a company that wants to prevent users from logon -- they had done everything from digital PIN login to alphanumeric methods, to multiple secret questions...all without warning.

They latter banned PC logins and made it smartphone only.

The coup de grace was that the smartphone logins required an OTP code to be sent to your phone -- which never came. Talk about a bricked application.

Congratulations on stealing my money. Hopefully you fail in your future businesses' that utilize my hard-earned funds.

We have lost EURO 150,000 working with CashU, they are totally unreliable and no one responds to emails or messages. When you email their support you are totally ignored and never get any response, they are so disrespectful and dishonest. What ever you do STAY AWAY!

We had a merchant account with CASHU, and when we had money owed inside the account, CASHU evaded the payment of dues under the pretext of internal problems that the company was going through and evaded from responding to merchants' communications. The CASHU company swindled all merchants and did not It is considered a safe place for businessmen, you must beware of using CASHU cards and accepting them because the company has become practicing fraud and fraud.

CashU is a scam. Our money was stolen and we are trying to file a case against them in Jordan and the UAE. They have stolen our money. We advise all merchants not to deal with them or buy cashU cards or Majd Cards.

So basically i added there 10 doller gift card to be exact i know its not big money but im poor and a kid but still i added money to this damn site to buy gift cards and all of them u cant even buy its all error and most of them are like out of the budget which i added from there card why would they add a card if theres noting to buy in that value and now im tryna send that money somwhere i can over the years they keep taking 1 doller idk why now i have 7 doller this such bull$#*! guys please dont use this site its all scam im tryna do somthing but i cant 10 dollers is big in my country like i can feed my family for 3 days but instead i used it on this $#*!ing website and now i cant even use it cuz its stuck they made it stuck and if ur someone who works for Cashu please help me get my money back for 3 years everything is so brokeni just want it back i dont care if 8 7 6 dollers i just want it back

I confirm, they are totally scam. We lost 5000$... it's not an huge amount, but please avoid them if you don't want lost your money.

CASHU is a FRAUD! They havent paid any of their merchants since 2016. They are holding onto all the merchants funds and refusing payment. I contacted their legal department and they said we are located in Singapore, sue us, good luck. They are hiding behind the Singapore Government refusing to pay their merchants. HUGE FRAUD!
