We will never use Creature Comforts ever again. We paid £300 For them to look after our 11 rabbits and 2 cats in our home for 10 days over Christmas. We were so upset and shocked when we got back from our holiday; the rabbits were In a terrible state, there were poos and urine everywhere and the smell was Horrendous. The litter trays had hardly any shavings in them and were saturated With poos and wee and the bunnies were obviously distressed. One rabbit had an Eye infection but another was critically ill, she'd lost a lot of weight, wasn't Eating and had to be rushed to the vets where thankfully she recovered after Being in there for several days at a cost of over £400, but if we hadn't got Back when we did she certainly would have died. One of the cats was also very distressed And had lost weight too. We paid them to do an hour's visit in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, but in fact our cctv showed that they didn't stay For anywhere near that long, sometimes they were only there for 10minutes, even On what should have been an hours visit. The cctv also showed that no visual Checks and bottom checks were done, in fact the bunnies weren't even touched (apart from the 2 that needed meds). They didn't even seem to notice that only One of the cats was coming for food, and didn't seem to worry that the other One was nowhere to be seen for days. We trusted them to look after our beloved Pets and they really let us down and have made us feel like we have let our Pets down too. It has really put us off ever leaving our pets again.
