DO NOT USE AND DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY! I made the mistake of booking my trip with them thinking that it was a credible website well I was wrong, because this company is FRAUDULENT and DECEITFUL! I booked a package for 2 and they charged my credit card around $2700.00 received an itinerary with confirmation number with the airline and all and the reservation number. When I arrived to the airport at 4:15am the front desk agent could not find me in their system with the reservation number or anything and nothing could be done. I tried to call Cheap Caribbean and their offices were closed until 9AM mind you my flight was for 8:40am. After calling numerous times and listening to their endless Caribbean music play over and over again! I called again at 9AM and was placed on HOLD for 20 minutes. I called again and this time I selected option 2: to book a new reservation (where they get your $$) they finally answered and transferred us to another department which nobody ever answered and then the call got disconnected. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE! THIS IS 0 STAR rating!
