I order a part and was told it was on back order and not sure how long it would be on back order. Gave it a couple weeks and still on back order. Told them to cancel and refund my money. Order was cancelled on 6-15 and said it could take up to 5 days. Well now it is 7-2 and still have not received my money. Emailed them 3 times and called them twice with no response. I can't believe people can be so mean to take others money but you will have to answer to that one day not me.

I ordered a part and could either pay around $50 for standard shipping which showed about a 5 day estimated delivery time or over $150 for overnight shipping which would get me the part in 2 days. I chose this site over 6 others because they had quickest shipping. I opted for the overnight. The next day, after checking on my order, it was still in progress. I knew there would be no way I was going to be getting it the next day. I emailed them and got a reply that I ordered too late in the day so there would be a slight delay. Now I'm going to get my part in 4 days! If tracking is to be believed. I asked for a refund on shipping cost difference and have gotten no where.

All these OEM sites are exactly the same. Same parts selection, same shopping cart, same spam email when I leave an item in cart. They are clearly competing for a specific clientele looking for OEM parts and apparently this site decides to use deceptive shipping dates to beat competition. They get the part from a factory (I was told this in email)and then ship it so there is no way they could have gotten it to me as quickly as they said.

I will never order from this site again and do not recommend it.

Tip for consumers:
Clearer details about when order will be processed and delivered

BOTTOM LINE: Avoid and find a reputable dealership that sells OEM parts online with reasonable shipping rates.

Was quoted over $19 for shipping on an OEM heater control switch that weighs less than 2 oz. This is for shipping inside the 48 states. Regarding OEM parts, there is no other conclusion to be madethis site is a hustle offering slightly lower base prices while profiteering on extra shipping charges. Do not recommend.

Ordered Various filters for my Toyotas and received an order verification almost immediately. Another notice the next day advising of order status.
These 4 filters are personal stock for future maint, so my cars are not waiting on these.
Waited about 6 days and checked in online and status was still pending. After about ten days I emailed them and was told one of the filters was back ordered, I could get a refund with apology and coupon or wait. I chose to wait but confirmed it was ok to ship an older part number if it came in stock. ( this is about the 4th or 5th part # change on this filter). I also checked several other oem websites for this filter and they were also out of stock.
I just got caught up in an odd part supply void with Toyota.
After my reply to wait, I got an email saying the parts had shipped and I have received them two days later in good shape and oem as described.
The price and shipping from Oh to Ky was better than most. Yes I would do business here in the future. The offer of refund, apology and coupon, tells me they care.
My only complaint would be to communicate sooner if my multipart shipment is being held up due to supply issues.

Thanks for reading. 1/26/2024

Worst online customer service I've ever experienced in my 40+ years of buying parts online. Defective part and absolutely no assistance in an exchange or refund. Having to dispute charge on credit card. Will be leaving a BBB review too. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! It is basically a shell company who utilizes several dealerships parts departments. You aren't really dealing with the source and apparently Cheapest Factory Parts is not in this for any sort of long-term situation or they wouldn't disregard their own return policies and they would communicate. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

This part was ordered for a BMW M5 competition and it will have to be removed (as the defect wasn't noticed until it was installed) and will likely cost me a repaint of my trunk lid to fully correct.

Additionally, they claimed (after the order was delivered and part installed) that there is a "REQUIRED ADHESIVE" that they didn't disclose. They sent it after the fact for free. Too little, too late. Why isn't that mentioned right on their site: Required part number x to go along with a high end carbon fiber rear spoiler? They tried claiming the BMW certified install shop should have known about this required adhesive and therefore, it isn't CFP online's fault. Then they stopped responding, won't accept my return of the spoiler nor the car camera which is still sitting unopened in its box. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!

Tip for consumers:
Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not expect responses nor follow up if you do actually reach someone.

Camera and rear spoiler (both will be sent back or charges disputed)

Ordered one Toyota part on Sept 23rd (Air Intake Pipe *******-*******@ $47.01 with $3.83 shipping) totaling $50.84. Had no indication from website that this part was not in stock at their "store".

After 5 days waiting for some type of shipping confirmation I checked "Order Status" on website. It showed status as "In Progress". So I sent an email inquiring when this might ship. They responded the next day giving me this line: "we received the part yesterday (Wednesday). I just printed the invoice so it will be sent out today. Tracking number will be provided."

By 10 pm that night still no tracking number, nothing on USPS Informed Delivery and order status still shows "In Progress". I sent another email basically telling them to refund me asap if they can't fulfill my order. The next morning, Thursday, they replied informing me my item has shipped via USPS and provided a tracking number. Checked order status on website and it now shows it as shipped on Sept 30th and gives the tracking number. However, even at 10 pm that night, USPS shows status as "Pre-Shipment" (a label was created@ 2:40 pm and USPS is awaiting item).

Monday night and still no change, so I emailed "Doug Doster", requested a refund, said his claim of getting this out Thursday never happened, nor did it happen Friday, Saturday or Monday. Tuesday morning his response was this: "The label was created, I spoke to the warehouse and it is there. Unfortunately USPS has overlooked it upon every pick up made. We are at fault and the package will definitely got out today. I will issue a full refund for the inconvenience. Just check back with the order for updated tracking information."

It's all b. S. Wednesday the 4th I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was awarded a credit for the full amount. On Thursday, October 6th and still no change in tracking, I emailed Doug Doster once again asking him if I should pursue this elsewhere because it still hasn't shipped out. I asked for a straight answer. He never replied.

You read all these reviews on THEIR website (lord only knows who generated them) and you're given a sense that "CheapestFactoryParts.com" is a legitimate business with integrity providing 5 star service, yet you get off the website and start doing your own research via Google on this business and it's like day and night when you see all the 1 star reviews from people who wished they never stumbled across this website. I was duped by these reviews and I'm sure there are countless others who were as well.

Bottom line... Doug Doster at CheapestFactoryParts.com is a liar and his word is worthless. Ordered this part on September 23rd and it's now late October 7th. I'm not sure if he's affiliated with Yark Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep (as they have the same address as he advertises) but I included a few of their upper management addresses in my last email to Doug Doster at CheapestFactorParts.com. Now I need to look elsewhere for a part I thought I would have on vehicle by now. I wish I lived in Ohio so I could pay Doug Doster at CheapestFactoryParts.com a well deserved visit.
