I placed an order on November 19,2021, for my 85 year old Dad who was in excruciating pain. I believed their products would help alleviate some of the pain he was experiencing. My Dad eagerly waited for these products, asking everyday when they'd come in.
It took 14 days for the order to finally arrive, 3 days after my Dad passed away.
My Dad never got to try these products because Cheefbotanicals chose to use an inferior carrier like DHL to deliver this order.
I am gravely disappointed in Cheefbotanicals and chose to no longer support them. I vowed I will let everyone know how this company failed me and my Dad.
Tip for consumers:
Cheefbotanicals uses inferior shipping methods; I'm guessing to save money. So, be aware it may take a long long time to get your order.
