My experience with epic sports has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. My package was sent to some random address (in a completely different state) and shipped back by the people there, and I received no notification of email about it. After several weeks past when my item was supposed to arrive, I sent an inquisitive email, asking where the package was. They then informed me of where it had been sent. When I asked that they send it to the right address, they demanded I pay for shipping again and blamed me for entering the wrong address, saying literally in their email "I wasn't the one that put the address on the order." Well sorry to hear that Bryant, but I promise I didn't enter some Kansas address on accident. I was appalled they would even take the time to argue with me about it anyway.

Several days later I got an email from them saying that they had lost my card information and would need to get it over the phone. I asked when a good time to call them would be. I called them during those hours, and got nothing but a robot call that leads you in loops and has no path that leads to a representative. I sent another email and gave them my number and good times to call me. "Bryant" proceeds to call me several times outside of those hours while I am working, from an unlisted number, and doesn't leave any voicemails. I have to email asking if it was even him, it was so sketchy and unprofessional. By now, this has lasted over a month. It doesn't help that Bryant responds to emails every 48 hours, and only addresses one half of the content of your email, so you have to spend days reiterating questions and points. I get him to give me his "personal" extension. I finally get through to him after a few more days. I give him my card information again, so I can pay twice for shipping, to pay for their mistakes. I just want it to be over.

Another week or so, nothing happens. Email, asking for updates on my package. Has it shipped, are they working on it, they have communicated nothing.

Bryant responds with an extremely vague and brief email saying that unfortunately, they have lost my package. Excuse me? What do you mean lost? I tell them that they must have the order number, and to just send me the product I ordered, I don't care if it's the same one that went to Kansas. I get no replies.

By then, I was certain I was being scammed. Right around then, my life got busier and I forgot about it. A month or two later, I realize the charge, and remember the terrible customer service experience, and the fact that they have stolen money from me and I still don't have the product. I send Bryant another email. A week passes with no response. I call his extension, it doesn't work anymore. I would be certain that this was a scam by now if the main company number wasn't still available online. I finally get around to calling this number, during their office hours, and waited on hold for 30 god damn minutes, all the while having a robot-voiced lady repeatedly remind me that I don't "have" to stay on hold, I could just leave a message and they would get back to me instead. Yeah, $#*! no. It is now clear to me that their model for customer service is to just ignore them and hope they'll go away. I would not go away. My call was finally taken by a very bored sounding and passive aggressive man, who listened to me tell him that I had yet to receive the package I payed for, and that I wanted it shipped to me, and that I would not pay for shipping twice. He suggested I just get a refund. I politely suggested he $#*! off and give me what I payed for. He told me I would get an email confirmation when the package shipped. I'm still waiting on that confirmation.

I have had packages been lost. I have had packages sent to the wrong address. I've had long and frustrating email conversations, absurd hold times, and even customer service representatives argue with me (though none have had the nerve to directly call me a liar, until epic sports), but never could I have imagined I would experience all of those things at the same time, from the same company. This is a company of lazy, petty, incompetent $#*!s, and they do not deserve your money.

Just dealing with the Salesman Mitch. Could not even get my name correct and addressed me as a girls name instead of my name. There disclaimer sucks and return policy is not fair. They advertise an item as black and claim that it will be black, but maybe a different shade of black. The picture seems to be a Graphite instead of black. Heck! Gray is a form of black as well. If they cannot guarantee what they are selling, then shop Ebay as they will back the Buyer better than this company does.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. JUST A POOR COMPANY.
Do both of these pictures look like the shirt is black & gold? The only way to tell is to buy it and then return it and pay for the shipping to do so and a restocking fee of 25%.

Tip for consumers:
Which one is Graphite/Charcoal and the other is Black. Both have Yellow Gold in them.
