Cheescakefactory

We were visiting our family members in Fresno California on 12-14 august 2022, on our last day we decided to have dinner at Cheesecake cake factory restaurant, arriving at 6:40 and was seated 6:50pm was not bad at all, but after seating the fun started, the table had no napkins or any other table necessities so we had to ask for it, a young man brought the necessities, to many of them and left on the table, like saying " you want it here deal with it" which was ok, while our waiter presenting himself we ordered our appetizer, then we realized that there is no plates for four of us so we had to ask for it, which we had to wait for another ten minutes, either way we didn't want for our appetizer to get cold so we used our finger, I highly recommend the idea, around 7:10 we ordered our drink for all of us but the drinks arrived with some times collapse in between, when we asked our waiter "why" he blamed it on the "bartender" bing out of "ice", which is a typical blaming game played to blame the poor "ice". My order was lemonad and my glass was full of "ice" which questioned the blaming.

Within next few minutes we ordered our food, I think it was 7:20pm, but by 8:10 we haven't got a sign of our food being delivered, so we called our waiter to explain which the funny part started to shine, he blamed it on Salmon order and said something in that nature: "kitchen can't find your order"! I thought about that poor ice and now the "kitchen can't find the order", then I thought, perhaps the salmon and ice had a plan to run off the restaurant, if so I hope they made it, then I thought to myself nehhhh there is always a 7-11 close by where they could have bought ice and one of those groceries chain to deliver the salmon, I would do the both job in 15 minutes so we should have our food by no later then 8:30pm, but the hours was flying and it was time for us to leave hungry and without cheesecake, but off course after speaking with manager and complaining to him as well, on that moment one of our food was delivered but it was not the salmon.
