Chetu has been nothing but marvelous. I am not a software anything by schooling - I've just had a vision for many years and finally found a team that was ready to hit the ground running like I am, daily. Respectfully there have been times where communication has been a small barrier but my team does a fantastic job making sure everything is understood. They're all so smart and so nice to work with.

We paid lots of money to get our website built by this company. At the end of the project they handed us a product that has so many nonfunctioning features or simply not working. When we asked them to fix these problems, they said we had to buy another package of hours, minimal cost of $7500 to resolve the problems. The sales person, * was very aggressive and unprofessional. The platform they built our website on makes us permantly dependent on them. We have to reach out to them to fix even a simple sentence. Do not hire them.

We are partnered with Chetu to co-develop a custom Point-of-Sale system for one our unique business models. This was a HUGE project that we started from scratch. We hired Chetu to write code and work with our in house developers to code review each step. Chetu sales has been honest up front and easy to work with as far as cost. Their project manager has been prompt and very organized, and their development team is exactly what we'd expect for a team on this project. They produce whatever we ask for. If there's a mistake, on either side, they adjust quickly. We have weekly meetings with code review and updates. On occasion there's a language barrier but it is easily made up for by communication in Slack.
This project required front end dev, back end dev, hardware integration dev, workflow processing, backwards compatibility, modern UI design and dev, and multiple platform coding, and more.
This type of project often takes several years of development and research. We are 2 years in from starting our contract and so far we are very happy with our decision to work with Chetu Development and should launch our product this year.

The company has a great set up that allows you to get access to quality professionals at a fraction of the cost. Sometimes there's a language barrier, but nothing that we couldn't work around. If not for this company, I would not have been able to make my dream a reality. Currently in the final stages of the development process and they've been very responsive the entire time.

Chetu has proven to be an exceptional partner. They offer a minimal two-week notice period to remove or replace a resource with a different skill set for another project. You can allocate a set block of hours for a specific project, and upon its completion, the engagement concludes.

Chetu not only delivers the technical expertise necessary to bridge gaps but also exhibits flexibility in adapting to a dynamic business environment. I've witnessed their team identify and communicate concerns regarding data and processes. Their aim is not just to ensure the delivery of a quality product but also to empower the customer to make informed decisions for their business.

I was then and still am incredibly impressed with the team that chetu assigned to my project. Despite having zero experience in programming or alike, the team has almost magically been able to figure out what I'm looking for and get it done. I seriously can't recommend the company enough.

Our Chetu team updated our firm's system for processing patent- and trademark-related communications received from several sources. The team fairly quickly got up to speed and completed the assigned tasks. After the implementation was completed and the team disbanded, we uncovered missed use cases/requirements. The team came back together to deal with these missed use cases. It was a pleasure to work with this team and we would work with them again in the future.

Daily progress reports (written and bulleted), weekly team meetings, a project manager, and a developer are all included at a low hourly rate. I would venture to say that their quality and price are unmatched. The skillsets we had access to through Chets were very impressive, and the rate was beyond reasonable.

Chetu designed and deployed a whole new website for Lockmasters. This is a complex website with API calls to Avalara for sales tax, UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping, and it is also integrated with our payment processor and our ERP system. The e-commerce platform is nopCommerce. The website is mission-critical. Chetu redesigned the look and feel, and they also added significant new functionality.

Chetu, Inc. efficiently approached the project and fully implemented solutions according to the industry requirements, simplifying the earning points process. The team kept everyone informed in an assuring and beneficial way. Above all, their expertise uniquely made the partnership successful.

Working with Chetu has been very enjoyable. I did struggle with the languages bearer at first but after about 3 months it stop being an issue. We have noticed if they are working on a project from scratch they do very well. They do lack when having to work within someone else's code. I think the best feature is having a dedicated product manager to guide their team. The team I have been working with has done a great job and has helped us accomplish the things we needed to get done. Overall I would say it's a good deal based on the price.

I was very impressed with Chetu's team and their wealth of knowledge and experience on this project. They keep surprising me with ideas that align with my vision and constantly setting the bar high.

Just Google Broward County Clerk and do a case search on company name Chetu. They have 169 lawsuits of ex clients who have similar stories in the last five years. As they also sue anyone who posts a negative review, you'll have to read between the lines. Do your homework.
