I'm in love with my cream cardigan hand knitted sweater! It is so soft and fits perfect. I wore it with my cream linen dress with my cream booties last night and I got so many compliments! I am going to purchase the light pink one as well. You can wear with pants or dresses. It's so pretty! I have one I bought 10 years ago from high end store which cost mega bucks and it looks so much like this one! U will love it and it is made of great materials which will hold up!

I've bought several things from Chickwish. While I love the styles, the sizes are a mess. I've ordered skirts that are so long that even with heels they're too long and every dress or top is much too small. I'm a 10 or 12. Mostly a 12 in my tops because of my bust. Here my dress I just got was a 2x! It's still tight in my bust and very long. My sweater is a xxl/xxxl. This is just ridiculous. I probably won't order much more because the sizing is just such a mess. I should've learned with my past experience. I wear regular off the rack clothes easily. Usually a size large. So to me, this is crazy guessing to figure out what to buy. Luckily I bought much bigger sizes this time and things fit. The sweater is perfect and the dress is beautiful but still tight in my bust. I'm a 3 8D. I just wish the sizes were more accurate. We don't live in China.

Too hard to think about returning anything since they come from China.

The clothes look elegant, but they are hit and miss. Some of them are very good quality and some of them are not. The return process is very complicated and confusing. You feel like you made a mistake and you are stuck with your money. Rather not buy from them, some of the items were delivered nearly one month later.
Tip for consumers:
If the return process was easier and refund is ensured, customers will be happy to buy them. As some of the items might not suit your requirements.

I was really hoping I'd found my new favorite online shop, but I am extremely disappointed. My order took over 5 weeks to be delivered to me, without ever acknowledging they had led buyers astray by saying the items would ship in 3-5 days. NOT SO! Once the order finally shipped it came from CHINA. I thought this company was in CA! Totally mislead on that one too. Not to mention, the quality was poor on all the bikinis I ordered. They looked really cheap. Please do not make the same mistake I made. :(

Worst customer service! I emailed their customer service multiple times for returns, but no response! They don't even have a customer service number.
This skirt is my second purchase on this website and it's incredible! It has a great shape and very flattering. Extremely comfortable, and can be worn up or down. I am loving it!
I was sent the wrong items. The correct items are of terrible quality. Returns are a nightmare and darn near impossible to figure out. Save all the packaging they come in! If you accidently tear the original package, you are screwed in returning items. Even leaving this review was complicated.

Don't spend your time or money on this company.
It took too long for the order to arrive (12 business days just for processing my order) and then it was made in China and shipped from there.
