Loved the look of the clothes. Ordered over $100.00 worth. After several weeks I sent an email. Got a reply that one item had shipped but others wouldn't be coming anytime soon. After a week or more I received one T-shirt and it was ok but nothing special. I emailed again. Then they actually refunded the rest of my money. I'll not try ordering from them again for sure.

Didn't receive my order. I emailed them over and over and over. After I filed complaints with PayPal they sent part of my order. The clothes that were sent are not anything like described (horrible, cheap, thin polyester instead of linen). <>I have since learned that this company does this to all customers; some never receive their products at all. From what I have read online, PayPal always supports the company when people file disputes.

I GUESS I HAD A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE THAN MOST. I READ HORRIBLE REVIEWS AND WENT OUT ON A LIMB AND PLACED A SMALL ORDER TO TRY THIS COMPANY. BECAUSE I LOVED THE CLOTHES ON THE WEB SITE. I JUST WANTED TO SEE FOR MYSELF. I KEPT IN CONTACT AND EMAILED THE COMPANY WHILE MY DRESS WAS BEING SHIPPED TO KEEP CLOSE TRACK AND GOT PROMPT RESPONSES FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. THERE WAS ALWAYS A TRACKING NUMBER AVAILABLE TO ME AS WELL. MY DRESS ARRIVED IN THE SHIPPING TIME STATED (WHICH MIND YOU TAKES A AWHILE, UP TO 20 BUSINESS DAYS) AND I LOVED IT! I WORE IT TO DINNER LAST NIGHT. THE QUALITY WAS AS STATED IT FIT PERFECT AND I WAS HAPPY. I PAID AROUND 30.00 FOR THE TOTAL ORDER AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEN AGAIN I'M ON A BUDGET AND THE QUALITY WAS WORTH 30.00! WILL I ORDER AGAIN? RIDING THE FENCE...

I am sorry I did not read these reviews before I ordered $150 worth of clothes from this scam website. After 2 weeks of waiting for shipment information I emailed them (NO PHONE CONTACT AVALIABLE AT ALL FOR THIS COMPANY!) and it took days for anyone to get back to me even though their website says 24 hours. I got little information back and I then searched for reviews since I was uncomfortabe with them taking ALL my money right away and I had nothing. I had to go to my bank and disputed the transaction. I emailed them to cancel the order. I did not recieve a response for days! They said I couldn't cancel. They said 1 item had shipped and I could not cancel. I emailed over and over threatening them and telling them I wanted nothing from them. Then I get an email that half the items were not available? What the heck. I finally got a refund from my bank and Chicpopo canceled my order. I did end up getting the one item and it was crap. It was too small even though I ordered a larger size than I wear and the quality was worse than anything I have ever seen. It did not look like the photo at all. I also believe that there are several companies selling online that are all the same people. They have very similar clothes and none of them have a phone contact. All ship from china. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible experience and product.
