BEWARE! The last message you'll receive from them is how much money you should transfer. They ask to transfer money using methods that make it impossible to get money back. After the money transfer, they'll not answer any emails. They are 'anonymous' burglars: they hid the whereabouts of their emails addresses/accounts. It's difficult for police to find out from where they operate or who they are.
Tip for consumers:
Never transfer money there

I've lost my money. They've 'disappeared' after the money transfer.
I placed an order using their assisted purchase and I asked if we could use PayPal instead. They ignored my question and told me do a wire transfer and gave me details to a bank called Evolve Bank and Trust (EVOLVE). I searched this bank up too on the better business bureau site and read reviews. The bank is very questionable. I didn't pay them because with a wire transfer there is no assurance of getting a refund or money back. Ironically I didn't search the reviews before I filled out their form. There aren't many reviews on CNEbuys but I would not recommend.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid CNEbuys. Try Shopnsavin.com Those people used to run parcl.com and parcl was a very legit site.

I tried to purchase a book.
EDIT 08/03/2021 - A tracking number was eventually given on 25 February. My items did indeed arrive on 4 March. They were just shoved into a box. No protection whatsoever - just the items in a plain box. I will NOT be going through this site again; they're sketchy as, the amount they charged for shipping was about the same amount I would've paid for DHL TWICE OVER and they didn't use ANY packing material to protect my stuff (thankfully they arrived in okay condition). Also they don't use PayPal (I do know PayPal and China are NOT friends).
Most likely a scam. Looks and feels legit when putting in the order. Then when they give you Australian (I'm in Australia) bank details it's a bit suss but my logical brain went 'bye bye' because I wanted my cpop albums (usually I would always use PayPal for overseas transactions).
All went well with the transfer. Took about 2 weeks for my items to 'arrive at their warehouse'. Was asked to pay a rather large amount of $$ to ship them (4 albums - not weighing more than maybe 3kgs). Red flag again with the amount they were asking (around $150AUD) (I've paid a lot less for much heavier items from Korea FYI). My brain side stepped the red flag and I stupidly paid. Was told there'd be a delay due to the Chinese New Year (which is legitimate BTW) and that shipping would restart on the 17th Feb. Emailed them on the 18th Feb asking where my tracking number was. RADIO SILENCE. Been ghosted since. Really should've checked reviews/the internet before going through them.
I've sent them 2 further emails asking for my items. I don't hold any hope that their warehouse even exists to be frank. I rang my bank on the 19th Feb to do a chargeback but since it was an 'Osko' transfer (goes through straight away), there's no guarantee that I'll see any of that money back (in total just over $200AUD).
TL: DR - BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT USE
FRAUD ALERT! You will pay and never get your item
Everything professional to the point of payment (via western union) so you have no guarantee... I wish i checked reviews before hand. I had my items delivered to the warehouse( which pobably isnt one) and then was told it would be £176 to ship - I have decided to cut this as a loss and will not be transferring my money as i am almost 100% positive i will never receive my item! Just avoid!
