I called them to get pricing on cameras and different packages, but since I was inquiring about cameras, they asked for personal info and said they would give my information to the techs that deal with cameras and that I would be called the nest day. I never got a cal. I no longer want any pricing because if this is their customer service I could only imagine how bad it would get if I purchased their service. They're definitely not "reliable". No thanks.
