Scam! I ordered lenses and never received.
I'm going to report to paypal!

The Good: I liked the website at first because they had a lot of pictures with the lenses on an actual model, i also had not seen any (bad/good) reviews about this website, this website was also the one of the few to have a bunch of prescription lenses in the colors i was looking into. When i asked my first question, they responded right away.

The Ugly: When i ordered the contacts i was not around my boxes to see my prescription but knew i had 2 different prescriptions, i had asked them before they were shipped if i could change the one prescription i had entered wrong(my fault i know) and i heard NO response. The first question i asked was when my order would be shipped(i ordered them august 11,2010) i messaged them aug 13, and they responded quickly letting me know they would be shipped the week of the 30th, kinda thought that was pretty far out. They however didnt go into anymore detail. The next question(about changing prescriptions) i had asked on aug 16th, and figured since it was about 15 or more days from being shipped they could easily be exchanged, i however got NO response. Being i had not heard ANYthing from them, and also the LONG waited ship time (which really wouldnt have been a big deal if i had gotten a response back) and the fear for spending the money i was on the contacts that i would be hurting my eye with the wrong prescription, i went ahead aug 25th sent customer support ticket, and asked them to please cancel my order, refund my money, etc. AGAIN i heard nothing back from them about my contact exchange or canceling my order! I just got an email on sept. 4th letting me know my order was shipped. I am not very happy, and hope they did not mess up my contact order, i will NOT be ordering from this site ever again!
