Citizen shipper was easy to use. It provided my one time transportation needs to drivers who were available. Quotes came in quickly. Their drivers qualifications information helped me decide who might be best for the job. All were quality people. Using Citizen shipper was a good experience. I would use them again if the need arose.

I had never used a service like this before. I received numerous replies with bids. There were several highly rated drivers, a lot of flexibility of date and time. All responses were professional courteous and informative. The only confusion I had was at time of payment I thought I was paying the bid I chose and the app fee. I was only charged for the actual fee of the app and paid driver separately. I do not have enough words of praise with the driver that I chose. Overall everyone seemed very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend the app and the drivers that they have selected to be drivers. Beyond extremely satisfied with a service courtesy and professionalism with this shipping experience of 2 fur babies.

I highly recommend the company and the drivers that they have chosen the only confusion I had was at time of payment I thought I was paying for the driver and the app fee. I was only charged for the app fee and paid the driver separately. I wasn't clear on that information. I also would advised to confirm pickup dates and delivery date. When I did the booking I was experiencing a death in the family and a wedding and was a hot mess and made several mistakes my mistakes.
