The woman on this sites are nothing but professional betrayders having their income from cheating decent and honest men in western countries. Perhaps a little percent of this woman can be open for meet any man if they are lucky but never what they are looking for at the first place. Basicly it is nothing but their way of getting money. They are working in groups of maybe 10-20 woman or so, they use the site as their plattform paying some rent for being their. They help eachother writing their letters and of course they are getting money fom those expensive letters. But the most subtle in their strategy is when you have doubts and complaints concerning a lady and you are contacting admiistration for support your mail will be transmitted to the lady your complaints is all about. So they are in other words the criminals and their own corrupted judges at the same time. Very smart but extremely cruel and cheating for the costumer. So take my serious advice: Never use this site in any circumstances for your own best.

City-of-brides is obviously FAKE! Girls have good english (you can see it in profile) and they will text you good letters, but if you want skype they will say you "ohhh i can read and write but i can't speak" - if u can read and write u always can speak. I think this people(they are know russian and ukrainian the most beautiful, smart, hot and they use it for getting money.) Too many scams, too many half-naked pics. Seriously woman never will add naked pics or send it to somebody! They use pics of deferent models from internet.
If you want to find a good bride, you have to find her on good site with verification: you can proof that you are real, and you can know women on this website are real! Good design is important too (city-of-brides looks like in 90th...)!
Too much women in Ukraine and Russia have not money for traveling, after crisis in 2014 if they had 1000$ salary in a month it became 500$ now, if they salary was 500$, it 250$ now. If she wants you pay for tickets, hotel it doesn't matter she is scam! Also its okay in Russia when man pays for everything, (for example even if russian poor student will go with his girlfriend at the restaurant he will always pay!) But you have to know her really good; don't send money or gifts if you don't trust her.

Reasons
1) They advertise "Verified by Visa" program, but in reality can nothing to do with that program. They even do not have a merchant account despite of the fact that they collect CREDIT CARD INFORMATION on their website. They use a third party to charge credit cards. The question is about their privacy policy and privacy policy of that thrird partyy is opened.
Nobody knows, what they are doing with collected sencitive information.

2) They are absolutely not responsive. I have sent 3 messages to tech support. No single reply has ever been received.

3) They do not allow to type even in single word in any message unless you are paying the membership fees.

4) Responses from "ladies" are just a copy cat action - in the same stile suggesting that ladies types nothing, but just use this bogus website's mandatory templates.

Conclusion
Not worth not only pay for "services", but even spending more than one minute of your time on the site.

Absolutely Terrible scam. This is a definite scam site for sure. The letters written to men are most likely those written by workers or employees who are working for the site.

Also as well noted scammers have been found on the site such as Polina Zorina from Lugansk. This means that the site is poor when it comes to scammer removal and scammer detection because of their allowance of these scammers onto the site.

This site needs to be stopped once and for all

City of Scammers it should be called, avoid this site like the plague! You are better off going to the local strip club with a handful of singles, you would have better luck. This site has about 3-4 crews working it hard, 100 percent fraud.

I have been looking at your site for a few months ans I am ot sure why there is such a price ran ge difference for letter... one is 5.00 credits another is 19.00 credits. At 19.00 USD I can make telephone call to Ukraine.
It is said that your postings is a payback to these girls for each letter.
Why can't there be a skype communication video call setup or made...
Why do i get letters all the time from what you say are gilrs from your data base... but a lot of them when i check in have been deleted users...

I am a Diplomat from a foreign country and have been assigned to Ukraine... I thought this was best way to meet someone...

What I like about this site is how they cleverly claim to be anti-scam in terms of blacklisting "bad" russian brides. Like these fake women are really to blame. Beautiful russian women all over seem to be putting their photos on the internet in the hopes that they can marry any american male. I guess that is what we all want to believe. Stay away. These sites just are out to take your hard earned money. Go on a regular dating site like match.com or even craigslist and if you spend the THOUSANDS it will cost you for a russian bride, odds are you can find some homely looking woman here in the US that will work. But don't waste your money for a russian bride. Do a search here on sitejabber and see how many men have gotten screwed.
