We are writing this as a warning to other would be drop shippers, advising them to avoid signing up with CJ Dropshipping. This company, CJ Dropshipping will go out of their way to lure new sales people with the promise of making good profits through the sale of their vast assortment of products. The truth is however, that once you make a sale to your customer I can promise you that you will be out of pocket. They promise dispatch times ranging from 7 to 15 days. This seems good and well on the surface, however it is a bold faced lie. Before removing their products from our website, we had made several sales, all paid for by us. In three months, not one item has been received by our customers, not only forcing full refunds, but also getting negative feedback. Open a dispute with them, and you will receive correspondence from CJ Dropshipping informing you that shipping charges were not sufficient and to pay more if you wish item to be sent. This is after the company detailed their original shipping costs and were paid in full. Of course, this is a deal breaker, because we cannot go back to our customers and ask them for more money. It's ludicrous and unfair. Further correspondence and disputes fall on deaf ears. We received one email asking us to be patient and that a refund would be processed. To date, no resolution of any kind has been made. Eventually, our emails and correspondence were totally ignored. This is no way to run a business. In spite of the fantastic presentation and attractive facade, behind this you will soon discover that it's just another elaborate way to scam your money. There order fulfilment page and tracking info are all false. You will look items up, see they are being processed, sent, fulfilled and whatever. But the bottom line is that your customer receives no product and you get no refund. Once again, I advise those who may be considering to sign up with CJ Dropshipping, I would say don't do it. Trash it and run a mile. It will save you money and business shame.
