Driving big cars is my passion and I bought myself a jaguar. Although I loved everything about my car, I still wanted to add some funky lights to it. So it feels like it belongs to a happening guy. I contacted Classic Motors and they made a mess of my car. The lights they installed are of c grade quality. Worst staff, no manners, and bull$#*! service. I hate them for ruining my car. No etiquettes of how to talk to consumers.

If you're looking for a decent car service center with good services and professional staff members, I'd recommend you any place except Classic Motor inc. I am truly not exaggerating when I say that I've had the worst experience of my life dealing with them. Firstly, their staff isn't really well trained. Even the most basic questions I had about the service I wanted had them confused. They had to call their superior to give me my answers which honestly wastes everyone's time. Secondly, one particular staff member was very rude to me despite a cool-headed behavior from my side. I tried to have a conversation with his higher-ups but sadly they weren't much help either. In short, save your time and money and go somewhere else for a headache-free experience.

I've been a car enthusiast for the longest time so have come in contact with a lot of car service centers. And trust me when I tell you that I haven't had a worse experience with a car service ever, as I did with Classic motors inc. To elaborate, I picked up my car from them as I normally would but noticed a major difference in the way it run. On a quick check I found out that some of the parts, which were previously in the top most condition, were now very worn-out and in general were in a bad shape. It became clear to me that they had replaced the original company parts with some other ones and completely denied the whole thing when confronted. I advise anyone about to deal with them to keep this in mind and get in business with them at your own risk.

Avoid this place at all costs
There is no in house mechanic they never provide an invoice or warranty for the repairs and demand cash for payment
Fadi the owner steals parts from customer cars to complete showroom cars and sells booklets and tools stolen from customer cars on eBay

Fadi was Amazing with Great Friendly customer service. My husband says he wants to buy another Rolls Royce from fadi and have him service both cars. He picks us up and drops us off in mask and very safe environment. I suggest bringing your car for service here and if you are looking for one come visit Fadi. He saved me money. Who doesn't want that? Thank you

The Owner Fadi is a very Nice Helpful patient man and really took the time to help me decide which Bentley to buy and I already take one Azure of mine to him for Repairs. Trust and Reliability 5 star Service
