I ordered a coach handbag and didn't receive the one I ordered. You have to email them for customer service. This is evidently out of Japan and they act like they don't understand what you are saying. After sending pictures at their request and still getting the run around I sent them a email stating they were a scam and not willing to correct their mistake. I didn't get a response and sent another one and they still will not respond! SCAM!

I ordered a coach bag and received the wrong color. According to website, you email them with any problems with oyur order, so I did. After 2 months and many e-mails (i even had to send them pictures!) they still say they sent me the correct order and there's nothing they will do about it. Their website clearly states "customer service is important to us". I call bull@#$* on that one. I believe the business is out of China, by the way. I even did my research about the website before I ordered, and found no adverse situation that would give me a "red flag". Oh well, lesson learned- but DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!

Well I ordered about $400 worth of merchandise back in July at which time I went away for the summer and when I returned I went to the post office to pick up my package only to find out it had been sent back. There began my problem after contacting the website of course through email because there is no phone number I was told they would reship my items. So here I am October 1st still no package and everytime I contact them they tell me they shipped it but it hasn't reached my address. After giving them my address twice more I still don't have it. So I asked for a refund no need in paying for items I don't have and after requesting my refund twice they won't even answer the emails now. So I paid all this money for something I don't have. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, YOU WILL ONLY LOSE YOUR MONEY.

3 stars only because this bag is probably not authentic now that I purchased it for $60.00. I too was blinded by the price, wanted it so bad. Did not even wonder if it was authentic, just thought it was old stock/ just old styles. As soon as I bought this large Madison tote, I felt funny, my senses came to me and I checked the internet. Found out this was a fraud site. Disputed it with my bank. Figuring I wasn't going to get purse Well I did get the purse and a wallet I had also ordered in a timely manner spent 100.00 and honestly quality is excellent and it is very difficult to tell whether this is authentic or not. Called bank told them purse and wallet did show up in actual timely manner, about a week to 10 days later. Although I was aiming for an original, I am quite impressed with the quality of this bag and that the inserts and outside bag were intact, as with the original, I was happy with my purchase. Looks legit to me. Glad I didn't lose my money. 3 stars because product is a knock off. Quality 4.5!
